Endurance Insurance is a fraud company. They have been taking money from my account since July 2022. I file my first claim in March 2023 and they said my miles are wrong. They never said anything until I filed a claim I stated I wanted a full refund. Then I get another bill. Dont ever use this company.

I received a price increase letter in the mail regarding a warranty I purchased on a month-to-month basis. I called to find out what the letter was about. The sales rep on the phone was very aggressive, rude and bullied me. He told me that I was duped by my purchase, lied to and that I should take out my credit card immediately to fix the situation by purchasing a new policy. Brought a 4-year warranty for my Grandson in 2021. Seller assured me it was Premium Diamond and covered bumper to bumper-all things covered, and would not have any problems with coverage. He took it to mechanic and found the calipers and brakes needed replacement and the intake manifold. Both of which are listed as covered. They said warranty would NOT cover as there is rust and brakes are bad (he lives in ******-snow, ice. The manifold flap is bad and although a part of the manifold it is not covered, so no coverage. ******... read more

Missed a payment so account on hold.understandable. What I dont u sweat and is that I had 30 days to start up my policys again by sending in this payment. The account was on hold, not cancelled. I made the payment writhing the 30 day timeframe and was told my account was all good and up and running. My sons car then needed a repair at $1100 which was a part/repair that Endurance DID cover however Endurance denied my claim stating that I now had a new policy due to non payment so I needed to wait the 30 days/1000 miles for th... read more

Endurance doesnt handle claims in a timely manner. Theres a policy cap on the policy. They dont pay the going labor rate for legitimate automobile repair centers. They dont cover diagnostic time. Before anything can be approved they send a third party inspector (who works for all the aftermarket warranty companies) to determine the legitimacy of the claim. I suspect that they draw a bonus based on what they dont approve. No matter what the Endurance salesman tells you (who get a commission on contracts he sells) dont believe... read more

I was denied my first claim of a non-wear and tear item, so Im not really happy and Im not positive. Im going to continue my next payment next month.
