If I could give -1 I would. This company it's a scam! After 4 months with this company we need some services on the car! We went to ************ and my mechanic did a claim on endurance. They denied my claim because it wasn't covered on my contract. We read the contract and it was a complete difrent contract than the one we sign up in the beginning. Don't walk but run away from this company. After I purchased a plan you have a thirty day waiting period. After which I then made my first payment. Have after The 2nd payment I was supposedly "active" I checked with an area auto repair national chain and was informed that they would NOT work with this company, that it wasn't worth it. I then called around to a couple other area shops same answer. When I Purchased my warranty I was told that the one I purchased was the best. Now that I need it. They don't cover anything that my vehicle needs Repaired. Two Representatives said they would return my call and til this day a week later still have not heard back from any of them. Both representatives are account managers named ************************* and the other was *******. I hope my experience with the ******** members of "management" is an exception to the rule. ********* committed an unethical action by falsifying information to have my contract terminated. She did this because i invoked my right to have a review of my case. From the beginning, I was issued incorrect policies. I called several time to confirm the status of my policy and the level of coverage. Every person I spoke to misinformed me. My very 1st claim was denied!! Wasn't even a major ************* denied it. I HIGHLY recommend do not go w/this company for an extended warranty.

This company is a legal thief !! Purchased a policy in December 2022 took my vehicle in for issue March 2023 and they denied claim for pre-existing conditions. There was no issue with my vehicle when purchased and dealership says it could be a catastrophic occurrence and still denied. ***** emailed response when asked what proof they need to review and approve claim "we do not overturn a denial." ************* ever if you are thinking about purchasing a policy from them don't!! Zero Stars!! Endurance is the worst company out there. Run as fast as you can. I had transmission failure at 190 k and they failed to warranty my transmission. They said, I did not have any service done to my transmission prior to 120k. At 99k I had the torque convertor swapped and fluid and the trans pan was dropped. This repair was done before I owned the vehicle. I bought the warranty from them at 126k so basically it was voided from the beginning. Absolutely the BIGGEST SCAM ever. My truck wound up with a collapsed lifter and the lifter caused the Camshaft to go bad as well. They requested last 3 oil change receipts. Two I was able to get easily from dealer who I had service vehicle. The 3rd was a do it yourself service I had performed myself. Unfortunately I cannot find that receipt from 3 years ago and I had purchased from ******* which is of no help in finding the receipt.
