I was told everything was covered but when I take my car to the shop they suggested.nothing was covered.i asked to cancel my contract the gentleman convinced me to keep the policy by reducing my monthly pymt and giving me two months.that I appreciate but I'm still owing ******* for repairs..not a happy camper

Worst company ever, and their customer ********************** representatives have no idea how to talk to people. I am not one to leave negative reviews on companies but after my experience with this company on 3.9.23 I feel it is my responsibility to warn others before they make the mistake of doing business with them like I did. Went to their website to get a quote, filled out info, site says I'll get an email with quote. Within minutes I get a phone call (no email yet). The lady tells me how lucky I am that I qualify for their 5 year, ******* mile Supreme Plan. She launches into her sales pitch which I listen to. I told her the website said I would get an email not a phone call with the quote and that I prefer written communication and asked her to send me a link to the policy. They have a great service However when you want to cancel - they will give you hard time When you start a service they do not need any confirmation from your - they just need your credit card details to start the service when you want to cancel the service they will give you a run around - you need to fill form - not only fill the form but also get it notraized -- making it complicated to cancel the service you need to print - go and get it notarized ....wow.......would not recommend just for this reason

WORST SERVICE I CANCELED MY CONTRACT LAST MONTH AND THEY STILL TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING SO I CALLED AND TALKED TO *** IN BILLING VERY NICE SAID HE WILL GET ME MY REFUND THE SAME DAY SO I WAITED AND NOPE DID NOT HAPPEN SO I CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED FOR A SUPERVISIOR AND THEY REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO ONE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WARRANTY FROM SUCH A SCAM WARRANTY SERVICE LIKE THIS ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK

I had to have a water pump replaced on my 2015 **** explorer and it was paid for with the warranty and the dealer said that they should have replaced parts in the engine which they refused to do so two days later the engine needs to be replaced and endurance is refusing to replace the engine because they say I didnt read the fine print on the contract. They have put a cap on what they are willing to pay out for my car but did not explain that when I bought this warranty. The warranty is only good until you need to use it. My... read more

This company lies striaght to your face. During process of contract going over what's covered I asked striaght out ask does it cover this and that yep 100% covered.your plan for this coverage will be ****** a month.cancel any time 30 days trial ok will you mail me the contract sure no problem IT NEVER CAME ASK 4 TIME TO MAIL CONTRACT TO ME.so I ended up down loading it and made a copy at work by this time the 30 days have ended.so now I have car troubles says all electrical components my thermostat is electric on my car NOT ... read more

********************* is the representative I had. She is AMAZING!!! She did what it took to get a claim I had opened for almost 2 months closed. The company overall sucks!!! I will NOT refer ANYONE to them. They kept asking for documentation from the repair facility that no longer existed. ******* is THE ONLY reason I'm still with this company.Kuddos to you ***** You're THE BEST

ENDURANCE sent a letter stating there would be an increase to the original signed Service contract for the Extended Vehicle Service Plan (EVSP). I am not a lawyer but I was under the belief that a "signed" contract was legally binding? There was no information (VIN, make/model/year) in the letter regarding the vehicle "in question" that was supposed covered under an ESVP, nor would the ENDURANCE agent provide me that information during the phone conversation to confirm they were even speaking to the correct car owner.
