Horrible company, very unprofessional employees. Do not waste your time buying this warranty. The entire company should be shut down. Scammers. The underwriter ************************* is a gangster and probably use to taking people money and not verifying mileage. please dont waste your time, the customer ********************** workers sounds like they are alcoholics are weed heads.
I have warranties on both of my vehicles through Endurance. I was offered the secured plus package. Attempted to get my Rack and ****** replaced due the a leak. The claims adjuster denied it because the leak was in a seal and seals and gaskets are not covered unless the whole unit needs to be replaced. My mechanic explained they do not replace seals on racks, they replace the whole rack. I also needed a new wheel bearing. The casing is covered but bearings are not. Repair denied again. This company is a joke, like the rest of them. I've had this warranty for 2months, took my *** in for a repair. The mechanic said that it was the valve stem seals and that it would cost $3800 and your warranty company won't cover the cost. I called to cancel immediately spoke to some guy who of course said that no warranty is 100 percent and that they couldn't pay for the repairs b/c of the mileage on the car. Save yourself some money, time and disappointment. This is the second warranty company that I've tried. No more.
It's been a nightmare experience dealing with this company. I got a full inspection on my vehicle several months ago before purchasing this warranty and nothing major was found. After hitting the mileage and amount of time stated in the contract my transmission went out suddenly. They did not cover it and their excuse was it was an indication of long term failure because there were metal shards in the oil pan. I am writing to file a warranty complaint regarding an unprocessed claim I have made on January 18, 2023. I purchased this warranty directly from Endurance Warranty over the phone ********. As part of the warranty, I have filed a claim regarding an issue with the car that I have been experiencing. Endurance collects the payments for the warranty, but has nothing to do with claim you file for repairs. Another company handles the claim. Together they conspire to find different tactics to deny every claim that you file for repairs. They also have another company to handle payment. So if you cancel the policy because they deny every claim, you have to pay all three company out of your refund. They label it Pro Rating. Called to get some information about their coverages. Started asking questions and the rep hung up on me. Glad it only got this far, as I would hate to have to work a claim with this sort of rude behavior.
I got a policy from insurance on a 2007 Saturn they told me everything was covered. I had to wait for 30 days and **** miles. I waited 30 days and **** miles and put it in to the mechanic for some work that had to be done Call the warranty company and they said that the mileage was a discrepancy and it wasnt covered the eye contact and the tag place I registered the car and they sent a copy of the bill of sale with the correct mileage on it.
