If I could give a minus number of stars, I would. I bought a policy and complied with all the requirements including sending them a picture of the odometer and bill of sale repeatedly and kept sending the same pictures to 3 different representatives. I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor. After more than a half hour wait on the line, a supervisor named ********************* came on the line and requested I send the same thing in an email to him ( which I did). I have not had their coverage, however, I have had numerous phone calls, emails and texts after I have notified the company to stop sending any modalities. They just tell me to list as junk or archive it and dont answer phone. I am taking care of my 89 yo father post *****, mom passed away, I had back surgery and I do not want to deal with anything more from them!! I just learned about endurance and how they are treating their customer. Ive been with them for about 5 to 7 months. I tried to get my money back after wut I heard about them. I could not get my money back

They have too many exceptions. I have submittedseveral claims that were rejected. Tune up, Check engine, Corroded brake lines, New Belts, Air cond leak. Very dissapointed

CANCEL. MY. POLICY. I. WANT. MY. MONEY. BACK. You advertised 30 days money back guarantee and yet you fight with your full power to make me keep my policy. One of your agents was literally telling me his life story.

The worst ever. Endurance Warranty partner with ************** when it's a little job they will honor but when it is a big claim they give you the run around. They had my vehicle in multiple shops due to their neglect. Their claim adjusters (**** and ****) stop answering the phone as if I was going to stop calling and forget about my SUV. They have my vehicle over 5 months. I am stuck paying a car note, car insurance, Endurance Warranty and for public transportation. These people try to convince you that they are your insurance company and that your insurance is about to expire ,they then tell you they will sell you a policy then they use this other technique ,they want to upgrade your existing policy please check your original warranty before you sign up with these crooks they are not your original extended warranty people they just want to sell you another extended warranty
