Pretty much a scam. It is very hard to get any claim approved. I had a secure plus coverage, which covers the intake manifold. However, Endurance denied my claim to get that replaced as mine was faulty. Their excuse was the flap inside the intake manifold is not covered because it is not listed as covered in the contract. What? The flap is A PART OF the intake manifold! I was also under the impression by Endurance's wonderful salesmanship that the electronics are covered. I have been attempting to cancel my policies for over 3 months and Customer ********************** keeps saying you have a free month and disconnecting. I finally got the forms to fill out and submit in December of 2022. Checking on the status after 24 hours I was told they had not been received. I have 2015 gmc ****** ****hd ********** had a claim denied to me saying that I overloaded my truck with to much weight. I haul with my ************ claimed my axel broke & the oil burned up but, the shop said my **** felled due to enternal part break down which is covered in the contract & that that was not the cause & that my oil was not burned. Please do not sign up for endurance they are liars they are rip off they don't tell you everything when they get that first payment then you call them to cancel they fight you and tell you everything to try to keep you instead of just giving you your refund sales representatives are terrible I cannot find a corporate number I asked to speak to someone over the supervisor he said he's the only one I will do everything in my power to find a way to talk to somebody in corporate somebody that's over the supervisors plus I will b... read more

I know one thing for sure. There are so any fake 5 star reviews and its obvious by the wording that it is the same person or group doing the fake reviews. How many people would put "above and beyond" in their review? I have counted 6 in just the last 30 days. Almost all 5 star reviews have the same format and compliment the staff and rave on and on. COme on man who does this?

the company they use to cover your car is the worst BUYER BEWARE when its time to repair your car they will not warranty it they take your money and won't repair so please stay away from ENDURANCE WARRANTY Company

The entire experience was horrible. Took teo weeks to.make a decision leaving me without a vehicle for the entire time. Would not pay my claim because of a mileage error made by an oil change shop on an invoice 9 months PRIOR to getting the warranty. ( WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO THE MILEAGE written on the invoice?? I proved the that it was a "typo*, the company did not add a digit. The company admitted the mistake. Filed a claim involving parts that were included in my contract. My turbo charger was puking oil and made a metal grinding sound. Claim was denied due to the fact that the oil was external of the turbo. They also wouldn't cover a few other items, but all had the same idiotic reasoning. Door lock switch is covered but not the actuator is not. Window motor is covered, but not the switch. I decided to cancel and you have to have the mileage notarized... complete bs...
