I am very disappointed at this service all if my claims were all denial due to mileage and they claim my car repair are wear n tear. Sakes rep claim 1 month and **** miles. 2016 Jeep Patriot had both with Next to top plan monthly ****** per month ****** to start. I want a refund for all my month and cancel my service .Do Not Use Their Service All false Advertising

They will steal your money every single month and then find every single reason to not pay out and not even refund your money I would not ever recommend these people

First, I would like to say that this is my first time writing a review. I feel like this company is a total scam. Here why I bought coverage for my 2013 *** price at $8900 for 5 years and ****** miles. I took my car in 2 months later to get service at the *** dealership and that's when I found out that endurance was a scam. I needed a Complete thrust arm, lower control arms, drive belt tensioner, rear diff bushings and Front sway bars. Now all that work came out to be around 5k. So, the run around begins 1. Purchased an extended warranty with Endurance few months later started having transmission issues slipping ect. Day 1) Took it to the local dealer started a claim dealer came back with catastrophic transmission failure endurance had to send a inspector out to confirm Day 4) inspector concurred Concluded $1900 out of pocket for Dealer Transmission or wait for Endurance to send a remanufactured transmission Day 21) still no signs of transmission from endurance Dealer called to beginning of the week to inform me that he hasnt s... read more

This was the second time I have tried to file a claim. Both claims were denied. I honestly see no reason to continue with this service. My monthly payment money can be saved to pay for any repair work I may need.

They are really good at selling you on their warranty and will send you an impressive looking policy that details a lot of covered services. However, when it comes time to actually repair your car, they will find innumerable ways to deny your claim. They will keep you on hold for at least 30 minutes if you need repairs. My car needed repairs which they denied because the EXACT WORDING of the work needed was not in my policy. The final straw: I had $100 battery coverage on my policy. Terrible experience sales representative told me I had things on my plan (seals&gaskets) and never included it. Around 700 miles after my **** mile 30 day grace ****** I run into some coolant issues with my car my claim was denied based on the speculation that my car had issues prior or during the 30 day ****** the dealership tried to show proof that it was not the case by sending more pictures and requested an adjuster to come to the dealership to take a look that was also denied. My husband recently passed away-he was paying automatically from his checking account-I received a call regarding 'No' payment-I asked to cancel the coverage due to my finances at this time. Horrible! They are liars, unscrupulous and misleading, no other way to put it. I joined endurance because I believed the hype and the great reviews. How can they possibly have so many positive reviews when they dealt with me so dishonesty? They either pay to have negative reviews erased or pay to have fake positive reviews. It's that simple.
