Have paid into warranty for a year and first service on auto was denied. Said we hadn't upgraded to full coverage. We told the person taking our application that we wanted to upgrade so that all would be covered, but that wasn't done. One of the things that needed to be fixed is on our contract, but we are now in the process of trying to get that covered. We should have followed up on the upgrade, but feel that we were misled.

Deceptive marketing tactics. Four year policy expires January 2023. Received two letters stating As a valued customer, we have arranged to waive annual price increases and extend your current pricing for the renewal policy. Called on 12/29 to renew and spoke to ******** and then his manager ***** and both stated to keep same pricing I would have to get a different package that has less coverage and that nowhere in the letters does it state the same Supreme policy.

Horrible experience. I had to decide on selling or getting warranty in July and chose warranty based on my conversation with Endurance. I bought the policy that I was quoted, then called back 3 weeks later once I read the policy and determined that you need to be a lawyer and certified auto mechanic to understand it, so I called to cancel. The sales rep told me they spoke to a manager and were able to upgrade my policy so a lot more is covered. I have had 3 failures that are all not covered and are out thousands. Endurance Warranty has the worse customer **********************. *****************************************'s adjuster disagreed with the car dealership regarding payment for services. This appeared to be a good. The dealership appeared to be over billing for services that did not exist. Endurance did not pay the dealership. The dealership appears to claim car problems my car never indicated that exist. The dealership also appears to demonstrate predatory business practices. So far so good with Endurance. Have a transmissionj issue and cannot find a repair group that will accept Endurance payment. Lone alternative is to pay out of pocket. A few years of paying for Endurance caverage, only to find out that I don't have it Very frustrating!!!

A scam! We have had nothing but frustration working with this company. We bought the policy thinking we would be cared for, we took a trip and on that trip our car broke down!! No one wants to break down on a road trip!! We expected to feel more secure on our trip with this warranty but 3 weeks later we still dont have our car repaired!!! This review is from the auto shop in the ******* ***** area that repaired a vehicle and tried to use the customers Endurance Warranty Auto Policy. This company is a SCAM. We did everything they ask of us. After waiting and waiting on these people, we had to put the customers car back together (which they never said we couldn't do). We kept all the old parts for the claims adjuster when he came out. I tried to get a quote for several vehicles, as I am shopping for a new PHEV, and with the market, cost to cover the vehicle is important in choosing which one to order. Commercial says no Complicated paper work! I had to produce almost a year of oil change records an did so, upon Endurances slow response to my Gm dealer! Because this fast oil change business **** my oil was low at the bottom of several oil change receipts they refused to fix my Engine! These oil change places get you in and out so fast they don't check the oil level, that's a fact! Cost me $3100 out of pocket to Fix!!!
