The worst warranty company to work with. They honestly just take your money and look for ways to not pay for repairs. They also have a huge issue with communication, submitting documents, and getting you to the right department.

SCAM Letter received in my residential mail from this company. They say price is increasing on my contract. WELL I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT with ******** NEVER HAD A CONTRACT with them. They even have customer number listed for ****** telephoned them to tell them so. They asked for my Vehicle ******** said "well what do you show as my vehicle info?"and they said "it dosen't work that way". I paid over $5k for this extended warranty with Endurance, and they subcontracted my claim to another agency in *************, and that adjuster was an unprofessional sarcastic jerk, who spoke terrible to the auto shop, and then refused to pay for my fuel pump, fuel line and the labor!! I called Endurance trying to find out on WHY they gave my claim to another insurance company and why was I wasn't informed of this change, and it was almost impossible to get a manager on the phone. TERRIBLE!!!!! This has been the worst service Ive ever experienced the same thing Damarcus P is going through with them Im currently experiencing also. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for them to approve the repairs for my vehicle. Ive been with this company over 4 years and have invested way more money into it then what the repair is calling for. I cant wait till this nightmare is over!!!

What ever you do dont get Endurance any repair shop would warn you about Endurance Customer **************************. ********************** is a scam they will not cover you please look into another warranty and review them as well. Endurance is a scam they wont cover you or they will find a way to not cover you at all. I dont believe out of the years we had them that a 5 star reviews was real lol they are definitely fake I promise you.

BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING a warranty program through this company .Absolutely rediculous how they refused to pay for the proper repair of my vehicle . I have a ***** avalanche and it had valve train failure . Rather than paying the shop to do the correct repair which would have included all new lifters and a new cam they would only pay to replace one lifter and wanted the shop to charge me for a for a further tear down and inspection to prove I had cam damage - guess what?! It sure is weird they only answer the good reviews not the bad ones. I'll ever use them ever! They cost me $5000.00! Buyer beware of these clowns! They use carfax to determine your milage. And carfax is an assumption!

VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. ACTUALLY FELT INTIMIDATED. WILL NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DON'T EASILY TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER WHEN I WAS TRYINMG TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AFTER TWO DAYS.
