This company is horrible. I was excited to find them until I filed a claim. I had to rent a car until the inspector came out several days later. I bought my truck used and didn't have the info they asked for so they denied the claim and kept all the money I paid them.

I would put lower than 1 star but it wouldnt go lower. I had an issue with car, gas pump that was covered in plan but because there was some sort of charcoal mixed in where the hoses needed replacing they wouldnt cover anything. I had to pay for all of it including the part that was covered. I am out of pocket $1700. So no its a terrible business. Id been ok if they covered the gas pump plus some of the labor it took to take it off, but they covered nothing.

Misleading contact. I have a relatively new car with a warranty from the dealership, yet I got a letter from Endurance claiming that I needed to call them to keep the cost of my warranty contract at the lowest possible price. I read further, right down to the bottom of the letter where it says in very tiny print, "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage". The way the letter is worded, unless you read all the way to the bottom, you might be frightened into calling and getting talked into a warranty that you may not need. ... read more

They, make you jump through hoops when you actually need them. They tell you evening is your fault and you should know what to expect bc evening is written down on your policy. I submitted 3 invoices to them because my Turbo and my right front axle went bad. However, 1 of my invoices I had did not have a license plate number on it or my Vin# on the actual invoice. So because I didn't have either of those 2 things on my invoice which was a perfectly legit invoice I was flat out denied. I asked if I could get the mechanic who ... read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. It has been over a month since a claim was filed for repairs on my vehicle. Requested proof of oil changes were sent. I had to explain to 4 people that there was not 10K miles or 12 mths between each oil change before they were finally accepted. Then the claim was denied stating that prior work had been done on the part, which had not, and that my mechanic had to provide additional information of why the bolt was stripped. My name is *****, and I have been a customer with ********************** for a long time. Unfortunately, my vehicle was placed in the shop requiring the replacement of the Air Pump. After the inspection by the Endurance Adjuster, ********** explained to the adjuster how the Air Springs caused the problem which is related to the direct problem. So I had a probelm, my mileage was NOT set right. They enter my mileage **** miles more. Then what I gave this company, I called to have them fix this probelm. Follow up with email and a phone call. Still NOT corrected. I feel I made a mistake signing up..
