I had a policy with them and I asked to cancel it and the lady told me I could not cancel it. She told me to cancel my other insurance. I ask to speak to her supervisor she said her supervise do not come on the phone I said I'm not paying $500 a month and I pay cash for my car then she refused to cancel I was on the phone with her for the two and a half hours trying to get her to cancel eventually she cancelled it I do not like that. Her name was *** in account management department.

This company told the dealership that my coverage expired after 117k miles but they continued to debit and they would not refund any amount of what they debited from my account. They also will not cover for my transmission which is $5800. The rep was very rude and never gave not one apology. Beware of them and make sure you monitor your miles because your account will still be debited. You will not get any money back and you will not be covered for repairs

When I had got the extended warranty from endurance I asked the sales rep more than 5 times just to make sure that everything was covered and each time I asked I got a yes and when I just put my car in the shop they denied it. Then I had talked to a manager and she told me that the sales reps are not allowed to discuss the full contract. Now they are saying I have to cover the expense. When I have been paying them monthly. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a car last year, with the purchase of my vehicle, I purchased an extended warranty through the car dealership, as the manufacturer warranty expired at the beginning of this year. Endurance Warranty services has been calling me every day since the beginning of this year, my extended warranty is not through endurance, therefore I obviously am not going to purchase their coverage as well. I received a letter by mail from Endurance Warranty Services. The text of the letter made me thing the cost of my extended warranty I had purchased was going to have a price increase. So, I called to see what was going on. Once I realized this had nothing to do with the warranty I already had I told the person on the phone I was mistaken. I did my research on Endurance and talked to a sales representative to ensure all my questions were answered. The overall ****** reviews were good and the sales rep recommended the Premium Elite package to cover my ********************** as it would cover the lift and aftermarket wheels. My conversation with the sales rep also confirmed that I could take my truck to any **** dealership for repair work and claim processing, this was also reassuring for me. After setting up this warranty in the event of an issue with our car, we discovered that endurance covered very little. Saleperson said on signing our vehicle is covered with the best. However when it came time to use our warranty, Endurance gave the run around to cover towing and repairs. It took hours for them to tell us the only person they could find was 3-4 hour wait. Horrific experience with Endurance Warranty, LLC. I had an issue with my 2012 Kia **** in early 2019 or 2020. The car stalled on me and wouldn't start had towed to *************************************** of ************, ** We contacted the warranty company and filed a claim could not be duplicated an adjuster looked at the car and refused to authorize any repairs, was advised when the car has similar issues to take to dealership.
