I received a letter by mail from Endurance Warranty Services. The text of the letter made me thing the cost of my extended warranty I had purchased was going to have a price increase. So, I called to see what was going on. Once I realized this had nothing to do with the warranty I already had I told the person on the phone I was mistaken. I did my research on Endurance and talked to a sales representative to ensure all my questions were answered. The overall ****** reviews were good and the sales rep recommended the Premium Elite package to cover my ********************** as it would cover the lift and aftermarket wheels. After setting up this warranty in the event of an issue with our car, we discovered that endurance covered very little. Saleperson said on signing our vehicle is covered with the best. However when it came time to use our warranty, Endurance gave the run around to cover towing and repairs. It took hours for them to tell us the only person they could find was 3-4 hour wait. Horrific experience with Endurance Warranty, LLC. I had an issue with my 2012 Kia **** in early 2019 or 2020. My elderly parent keep receiving letters and phone calls from Endurance. She doesn't own a car, never owned a car. She keep telling them this yet they keep calling and sending letters, she feels harassed.
This by far is the worst experience in life dealing with this company!! I would never recommend them to any one. Im stuck **** miles away from home with no money left in a hotel. i thought i paid monthly for a warranty in the event if my car would ever break down i wouldn't have to worry or stress. Not with this company!! They sent an adjuster out to look at my car and found semi truck stickers in my car that i put on and off my trucks and said and made it up in his head that i use my (pick up truck) for commercial use. After verifying that my claim was covered They decided it was not once it was at the dealership. No one has bothered to let me know why it was denided. Left message For 2 days with no callbacks. Called on Wednesday to cancel was sent a formal that will not open. IT Department opened it and it was blank. Called Thursday and I asked the gentleman to send a pdf file but he sent the same file that won't open. After I told him I couldn't he hung up. That's l these CROOKS do is hang up. Just want my Money.
this is the worst company to deal with they, they said they would cover the turbo on my truck then side it was a gasket problem and the were not covering it. after spending more then week with there people evaluating the problem, they left the service company I was using holding the truck filling a bay for now two weeks avoid this company I have learned the hard way
I purchased an auto warranty from Endurance on 03/22/22. After sleeping on it and reading negative reviews online. I decided to cancel my order, set to become effective April 1st,2022.
