I would never use endurance or recommend them. They denied my claim because my miles on my truck was reported inaccurate to carfax. They stated it was a mileage discrepancy, which means I could not get my vehicle fixed. Remind you Ive had this policy for 16 months. Now when I need to use it I couldnt. The representative was not any help and couldnt help me. The company took my money monthly but couldnt help me to get my vehicle fixed. Purchased Endurance Advantage Preferred plan on 31Mar2021.16Dec2021 Was informed by ********** truck had an issue. Endurance refused to pay out stating title discrepancy.I spoke with endurance they stated at that time contract was void and new contract needed to be written.After several phone conversations with Endurance which they stated i was still being charged. letter sent was soliciting for new business, but was misleading. Carefully look at the bottom of the letter, "this is an advertisement to obtain coverage."

I have been trying to get reimbursement for an oil change for 6 months and have had nothing but run around with every customer ********************** rep. and I have been lied to so many times that I am going to personally contact any and all investigative government agencies, ****************s, BBB, and and Washington Attorney General in ***** to ask for a "FULL INVESTIGATION" into Endurances operational practices and to view nationwide complains Endurance Warranty Services LLC and "FRAUD" advertising on **************** ch... read more

I've been with Endurance warranty since November when I finally bring my car to *** to get service they said it was a discrepancy and it declined my claim the miles on my meter was 40 miles off so while *** has my vehicle endurance tells me they will have to rewrite my contract I asked them for reimbursement they said they can't reimburse me but they could collect my money for those following months

Denied Payment AFTER they Authorized the repairs. Long story short, we had a truck that we took in to the Dealer because it threw an ABS code. The dealer checked out the truck, called Endurance and they sent their advisor out to look at the truck. The dealer explained to them, this part is bad and we may need this part as well since they go hand in hand. The rep said to replace the first part ($1500 approx) and see where it goes. Endurance have the worst system in place, when i call to submita claim you have to speak with loke 3 different people and everytime i have to explain everything all over again; in fact, their systems does not communicate at all with each other making it very frustrating. Their approval is quick, but when a couple of items are involved to get cover in the claim, for some reason I have had problems because their approval does not match the store's invoice. My complain is about my warranty being denied. I was contacted by one of endurance Managers and they offered me ****** dollars back stating that if I signed the papers they are not liable for my repairs. I have put almost ******* into this company.. and for that much I could have paid for my own car to be repaired. I would like to have all of my money return and nothing less.

I called them after receiving one of their letter regarding a "2022 Price Increase". After speaking with two people at Endurance I found that they had *nothing* to do with the extended warranty we bought through ******* for our car. Thank God that, in ******* I'm entitled to own opinion and after speaking with two people at Endurance I wouldn't buy anything at all through this company. The second man named *********** was somewhat aggressive and obnoxious. Again, this is just my opinion but "BUYER BEWARE" !!!!!!
