BEWARE! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! I received a letter from Endurance warning me of a price increase to my Extended Vehicle Service Plan (EVSP) effective 3/10/22 * that after that date they would not honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for my vehicle. They provided a fake "Customer Code" and said to call an 800 number to hold my EVSP contract at the lowest program rates. Had endurance for 2 years on auto pay then suddenly i received a cancellation from them for non pay with a opportunity 2 make up 3 payments, why did they wait 3 months and why did they stop drawing the payments from my bank account? I would advise people to be ***** of this company

I think they just took my money and didn't even try to help me get my truck fixed and it cost me **** dollars, and the company name is Endurance extended warranty.

Scam. They send letter stating coverage costs are increasing March 3rd. They get information about your vehicle from public records. I never had a car warranty with them. Both the letter & the customer ********************** try to be very convincing & it's all BS. My concern is for senior population being targeted & falling for the scam. BEWARE!!!! If I could give them a minus 0 reading I would.

The most unresponsive customer experience I have ever had in my life, long wait times, no one knows the answer to your question, and once you finally get to a person they put you hold for another extended amount of time to "review your information". There is no internal business communication, which makes no sense and therefore, their isn't a way to expedite items that are more pressing. I paid for a 4 years warranty and towards the end I needed my engine repair and this is what they did to me. On 1/19/2022 I purchased a car warranty from Endurance for approximately $4,000. I purchased it from one of their representatives, ***************************, who gave me his direct line for any future contact; however, the phone number does not work. He said he would mail my contract to me, which I never received. Endurance told me today that they have gone paperless, which is apparently why I never received a copy of the policy. Please stay away from this company. they sold me pretty good about how almost everything is covered. On the 30th day I had an issue with a part that was covered. When I went to the dealership to get this fixed. The dealership said that they are not covering it because it has to be ***** miles and they changed it to 31 days probation. I was told before I bought the insurance that it was a ***** miles 30 days probation. I had an argument then they discounted my warranty. I gave them a second chance. Absolutely the worst car auto warranty I have ever had. Would deny every claim. Just wants to take your money. Not BBB accredited. Buyer beware!
