They don't explain all the fine details, they're more worried about the sale!! Refused a transmission replacement on my vehicle because the certified mechanic that serviced my truck for the previous ******* miles hand writes his receipts on his computer generated invoices with company letterhead. We suggested transferring exact information to computer to submit and they denied!! DO NOT BUY an extended warranty from this company!!
DO NOT BUY IT'S A SCAM !!.... The person we spoke to mislead us in telling us things it covered on our Jeep. We also asked about certain things if it covered because we know things that happen to Jeeps and we were assured it did. We took out Jeep to the shop on a Thursday and had a run a round with Endurance on getting it covered. My husband finally talked to a manager and he told us YES everything on our claim was covered but an inspector had to go out just to look at it since it was over a grand filed on the claim. Extremely poor customer **********************. Please be **** when purchasing this warranty. I have been trying to cancel my policy for three weeks with no response. I was told when I purchase that I would not be a problem. It is a **** problem.
I've been trying to cancel my policy for 4 days now. Funny, when trying to purchase a contract, you can get right through. Have problems, you'll never hear from them again!!!! For your own peace if mind, STAY AWAY!!!!!
Back in May of 2021, My dealership reported that my engine and transmission needed to be changed. Endurance sent a 3rd party inspector to inspect my car and this 3rd party determined to replace my engine and not replace my transmission. Endurance also made me drive my car for a period of time before they replaced my engine which I lost miles on my warranty. Endurance Warranty is definitely a fraud! Do not purchase a warranty from them! I purchased a warranty from them several months ago and unfortunately, my vehicle has a blown head gasket, which is supposed to be covered. When I filed the claim, the representatives (2) that I spoke with were very nasty and condescending on the phone. The cost of the repair after being diagnosed by a licensed shop was approximately $4500. My deductible is $100. Claims department just rude ... Spoke to 6 different people still no results. Stay away from this company. Supervisors are never available. Stayed on hold for nearly 2 hours. I have had many warranty experiences. This is the worst. They said that they had a special place their hearts for Veterans. The entire experience has been misleading.
From my investigation into this company, it seems they have a history of taking advantage of people, especially the elderly. My mothers situation was that they denied a claim based on the number of miles she should have before a claim could be paid. They gave me a rundown from the starting mileage to the current mileage. ********* to this information my mother started the policy with ******* miles. Endurance is doing daily phone ************** plan to *** through an attorney & the A.G.'s office. These are nasty scammers & are a fraudulent operation.I tried to leave no stars but couldn't per BBB terms.DW
