Ive had the worse experience with this warranty company (Endurance Warranty) and filing claims for auto repair! Im currently dealing with a claim that has been filed since January 24, 2022 and I received my first phone call Tuesday February 8, 2022! I was lied to on that call by the claims adjuster, Ereis, that he would contact the repair facility to discuss the repair! As of Wednesday February 9, 2022 they havent heard from him! Worst decision I've ever made in my life. This company was an absolute waste of time. Don't waste your time and money.
I have never been Harassed by a Company like this before, they don't Understand the Meaning of the word NO AND DON'T EVER CALL OR SEND ANYTHING TO ME AGAIN!!!!! And Their rudeness is Ridiculousness. I've read a lot of the Complaints Written by other People. And Then I noticed That every so often after receiving so many Ratings of 1. Suddenly they get a few 5s all with in a day or two, Gee I wonder who those people are? I am Going to Turn Them into the *************************
My mechanic tried multiple times to get someone to come to review and approve the needed repairs. Once someone came out, twice, they told him the repair was approved, he did the repair, sent them the invoice, and they denied payment. That was a $3k job. The last repair needed was denied over the phone only after months of trying to get approval. He had several times been placed on hold and then the call would disconnect. I contacted Endurance Warranty about an extended warranty on my Vehicle. The women I spoke with failed to mention numerous issues with policy if cancel. Called 3 times requesting a written copy of policy she promised would be sent. Email sent could not be printed of enlarge enough to read. Received today called to cancel put on hold for 28 minutes they disconnected. When called back advised closed at 5:00 and to leave msg would return call. Endurance Warranty is a fraud. They take your money then decline your claim on a typo they did in the contract. I did the entire contract by phone with their representative doing all the typing. However it was my fault they messed up the contract and now I am left with a **** for repairs after already laying a $1,000 for the fake warranty. Stay away from the company.
This company is a joke! Got policy then was told I needed to put **** miles on the car before it became active, even though your still paying monthly premiums plus administrative fee of almost $200. I argued with the company about the **** miles since that would take me a year to put on the car and got nowhere. I was told I had 30 days to cancel and to review their policy booklet first which I never got until the 30 days expired (Sent to wrong email address). This is a scam company, they will tell you everything you want to hear about how they are going to warranty your vehicle. It couldnt be further from the truth. They fought me every time I needed something done to my vehicle. **** I tried to cancel they would tell me I could get a refund based on my miles. **** I finally canceled they told me I couldnt have a refund because I drove %50 of my allotted miles.
