Started a policy with endurance for a car I purchased in March 2021. My engine light came on, so I called endurance and was told to bring my car to any repair shop. The repair shop did a diagnostic and list several things that is going on and even then they are saying that some of the things might not be covered. I would give this compan a zero if I could. I received a letter from Endurance in December 2021 stating they could no longer honor the service contract pricing designed for my car. I couldnt find my extended warranty information so I called Endurance (who I was lead to believe I had a policy with) to find out why they couldnt honor the service contract I had with them. I purchased a warranty on 4 Aug 21 and my vehicle had ****** miles. I went to get an oil change 5 Aug 21 and the service clerk at the repair shop accidentally put ****** when it should have been ******. My power steering needed service so I took it to the same shop on 13 Jan 2022. The shop provided me an Endurance claim number and told me to contact them. I am in the market to purchase extended warranty for my 2013 Audi. I called several extended warranty providers and ended up talking to a very polite woman at Endurance. I told her exactly what I'm wanted and the offers I have received from other competitors. DO NOT PURCHASE worst warranty ever! I have 2 vehicles that i pay for coverage. I was promised by the sales rep that I was given the best coverage on my ******* top! Since I have had this warranty between the 2 cars I have had to file a total of 4 claims, every time a claim was put it has been denied! I have had to pay out of my pocket ******** for the cars to be fixed on top of my monthly payments to this warranty. Had slight vibrating when near 40-50mph. Brought car in for oil change and mentioned the vibrating. Long story short, I need a whole new transmission. I had zero codes, zero physical evidence and zero idea that it could be the transmission. Endurance denied my claim because there was a joint(?) leak that was SO minor that there wasnt any evidence of on my driveway or work parking space.
