These guys talked me into buying a contract knowing my car was not eligible for. My car breaks down they dont want to honor it saying that my car doesnt meet the criteria for the contract I have with them. If thats the case why the sales person consistently called and talked me into getting the contract saying its the perfect one for my vehicle and its the best one for it as well. Will not pay for repairs. Work as hard as possible to not pay for things. You will be on hold for 30+ minutes to be treated rudely and told a list of things that are covered. It also took some effort to find a repair shop willing to do business. Rude. Unhelpful.

This company is a joke and would never recommend them ever! They use to be a good company, I've had 4 warranties through them but I am canceling all of them. I do not want them to have my money. Customer ********************** is rude and condescending. Do not buy anything from them.

They seem more like scam artists than a legitimate warranty company. They sent a mailing stating that extended warranty services plan rates for my vehicle were increasing and to call to go over new rates. I called merely to verify what I suspected and heard the same scripted speech about how they were a leading warranty company that partnered with several other warranty companies 3 different times. If I could give a no star rating that is what I think of endurance. I bought a policy stating that the mileage on my car was ******* and something miles. I called back the next day to give them an exact mileage of ******* and the person I spoke to check the mileage is ****** so that void my warranty they wouldn't give me my money back and I got nothing for what I paid. I don't agree with this Decision but they decided to not insure my car. Even though I have a policy stating that I told him it was ******* and the day before.

I DO NOT Have service with your company and from what I can see, a lot of consumers don't. *Action I want: Company to remove me from any phone or mail distribution lists. Do not give this company your money. They only cover vehicle issues that are classified as "catastrophic failures". We have a new vehicle, 2016, that began having transmission issues. Since the vehicle was still "drivable" and the issues were due to wear and tear, they refused to cover the cost of the repair. The transmission issues caused the vehicle to at random not exceed speeds of 20mph, which almost caused us to get in an accident when entering the highway.
