The auto representative contacted Endurance to file the claim. The Endurance Adjuster scheduled an appointment to survey the vehicle and made a recommendation for replacement of the transmission! When my truck began showing signs of a problem I took it to the dealership to be checked. The service manager called me that afternoon and explained the problem; the torque converter was beginning to fail. He said it would probably cost around $2,000 and that this was something that could lead to transmission trouble if I didnt have it repaired. Wow. I have had Endurance for several years. They have paid two claims on two separate vehicles with no problem. I will say on the second claim, I was surprised that I had to pay for a rental and be reimbursed when on the first claim, the dealership had an Enterprise car rental that allowed me to pick up the vehicle once the service was approved and they billed Endurance after.
