I was dealing with a non-payment premium issue. My original credit card was stolen and I forgot to contact Endurance with the new number. ******* did an excellent job fixing everything. She also sent me a copy of my policy and the number for roadside assistance. She was very thorough and thoughtful.

I had taken my car to Serra ********* in ********** for them to look at it because my engine light came on. I was thinking Endurance would pay for the work. After I talked to ********* ********* of Endurance, I was told the warranty didn't cover minor repairs like needing spark plugs and so other things that is covered by the car owner.
