I forgot to update my payment information after my card number changed due to fraud. I received a notification from Endurance. I called and the representative that I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She updated my information and answered a couple of questions I had. Great experience.
I can only leave a customer ********************** review because we have only, within the week, taken out this contract and haven't had to use it yet. But the customer representative was very kind and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I can leave another review if and when we need to call on Endurance for service.

My form of payment had declined due to expiration date. I made efforts various ways to ensure I got that payment made in the warranty did not expire. I followed up with a phone call after making my payment online and the agent ;****** was very helpful and verified payment and noted it.!
I was getting ready to cancel my warranty until ***** had a valid point why I shouldnt cancel my warranty I see why she works with you guys very good customer ********************** I really appreciate her for that
