Again my experience with them is always amazing! They've fixed my car's transmission when I needed it. They've given me a rental when my car was in the shop. I brag so much about them, that I think members like me deserve free merch ****. I'm an endurance girl through and through!!

I called to cancel my contract. The representative enlighten me with knowledge of services that I wasnt using. Also, informed me of why it would benefit to keep my contract.

12AUG26 spoke w/*******. I called to angrily cancel coverage quoted to me on 11AUG26 due to extremely limited duration of coverage. ******* came on the line and turned me around. She was pleasant, professional, patient, calm and truly empathetic to my situation. She quickly assessed my contract and spotted a flaw. I really felt that she was "on my side".
