The Customer ********************** Representative ******** was very professional and helpful in reference to my concerns regarding my warranty coverage. She truly gave me EXTRAORDINARY advice and provided the best solutions for my situation to maintain my coverage with Endurance.
The manager i spoke with was very nice and determined to sell me a policy and did his best to satisfy my budget in the end I was satisfied but didn't take the policy due to personal budget issues but was pleasantly surprised at his persistence and his demeanor during the whole conversation.
I had to cancel my contract due to unforeseen circumstances. Account Manager ****** ****** was OUTSTANDING with the process. He tried very hard to keep me as a customer but due to my unusual circumstances I didn't need a car warranty from Endurance anymore. Afterward, ****** was OUTSTANDING in easily taking me through the process to cancel and receive a refund with the first 30 days of my contract.
