I had taken my car to Serra ********* in ********** for them to look at it because my engine light came on. I was thinking Endurance would pay for the work. After I talked to ********* ********* of Endurance, I was told the warranty didn't cover minor repairs like needing spark plugs and so other things that is covered by the car owner. She was very professional in her conversation and I understood. Thank you. Good work.

I was lucky, I never filed a claim before, so my dealer inspected my car and knew how to get started for me, they filed the claim and in couple days ,I had the repair done and was on my way. So my experience was above my expectations. Thanks

I would not be happier with Endurance. I had issues with my ********** snd AC operation. I brought my chicken to the dealership to make sure the work would be performed properly. Endurance worked with the dealership and gave approval for the work ahead of schedule. The dealership also found another separate issue with my suspension and without my knowing a problem existed they worked with Endurance to taje care of this covered problem as well.
