Epos system is a top nutch system PROS The system is easy to use after you get through your training. Customer service are quick in responding to any of your needs. Excellent Help Desk Experience Excellent. We recently changed from another provider. Epos Now are not perfect but after some early problems our experience with them has been excellent and PROS I am reviewing a help desk contact. The call we made was answered promptly and the advice given was clear and worked effectively. CONS We would like to see the card terminals offer a Customer Not Present function. Using Pay By Link is very clumsy and relies on Customers to use their mobile 'phones or email correctly, which many do not.... read more
