When needed the support team have responded in a highly professional manner Cons: As a small business having purchased three machine licenses we find two are rarely used. As a consequence we often pay fixed charges for machines that are idle Overall: From experience we have found the epos support team to be available when needed, highly professional and quick to respond.

"Best System On the Market" Pros: Service and training. The equipment is top of the line and easy to use. There are options for completing my tadks Cons: Sometimes my rep doesn’t respond to my requests. I’ve emailed but have not gotten a response back. Yet he is an excellent trainer. Very patient and kind! Overall: Excellent so far. I’m just getting ready to load up most of my product and excited to use this equipment

"support after a payment for my lisence" Pros: about my license the support was smooth the payment was delayed but case was solved and up running but the payment system not working Cons: the reaction of the team, but the remote-control system or support was not working, need more support when needed Overall: good and clear but the waiting time was too long but fair that does not help that much when you have customers waiting.

"Great service" Pros: Simple and easy to use, friendly helpful support, problems solved with 1 phone call. Call backs and training always on time Cons: The bill. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and the guys and girls at epos are always friendly and polite. Overall: Very good, had and issue with card machine and till not communicating. 1 phone call and problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes.

"I'd recommend Epos now" Pros: Sales very straight forward and easy to use. easy to train new staff in both sales and cashing up. very secure payments and notification of sales each day Cons: Back office not very user friendly. Difficult to understand stock input system and stock take. Training courses would be helpful Overall: Good, no issues low maintenance and does everything we need it to. Would recomend to a new business.

"Good start up system" Pros: easy to use. offers good interaction with customers. payments have been quick and straight forward. good interface between til and card reader. Cons: some pages take a little longer to load that I would like. i struggle to duplicate a product. Some of the tabs on the add product page are not easy to follow. Overall: As a new start up business it has been able to offer what we have needed and we have had very few issues with it.
