Great asset to my new business My epos system is efficient and makes my life so much easier and a more professional experience for my customers. PROS The ease of use and set up of the system, Although there is training available. I managed to work it out my self. Made opening my shop so much easier. CONS Don't really have any dislikes. Maybe some more apps that are easier to link to my existing website. Excellent Help Desk Experience Excellent. We recently changed from another provider. Epos Now are not perfect but after some early problems our experience with them has been excellent and PROS I am reviewing a help desk contact. The call we made was answered promptly and the advice given was clear and worked effectively. CONS We would like to see the card terminals offer a Customer Not Present function. Using Pay By Link is very clumsy and relies on Customers to use their mobile 'phones or email correctly, which many do not.... read more
