"Choose this POS to make yoir business run smooth!!! " Pros: Great system, amazing customer support!! Great people to work with!!! Easy to navigate, easy to use. Cons: Sometimes minor language barrier, but nothing major that cannot be overcome. Australian/UK english is a bit different than American english. Overall: Great customer service. Fast, quick, and easy resolutions to minor issues i have ran into. Very knowledgeable staff. Eager to assist.

"Oulton Sports Club" Pros: Easy to use and reliable at a reasonable price. When issues do occur the support is excellent. Card integration is generally reliable and speedy which is vital at busy times. Back office functionality is excellent with a good range of views to meet most needs. "Good and dedicated support" Pros: The quality and dedication of the support team. They own the problem and try to resolve it. The chatbot is also fairly useful. The back office allows my team to handle issues outside the shop. Cons: They have just increased pricing for card payments only 5 months after I signed up. I have had only 1 problem and they were very helpful getting the problem sorted. 100% good Cons: When you come to the end of the day on the card machine you can't print a total out for that day, I have to do the transaction one by one Overall: My overall experience with Epos Now is good.
