Product and customer service good! Very good and helpful to this point in time! PROS The till is easy to use and we were guided through the initial set up by a patient and helpful person. Any minor issues have been dealt with via a phone call. We have had this payment system in now for 18 months and our sales have increased. CONS The fact you don’t have a choice on supplying a receipt from the card machine. With our last card machine we had a receipt printed then gave the customer the option of having a receipt or not. East to follow EPOS system Very good, easy to use, good display screen PROS Easy to follow set up screens. very user friendly. CONS setting up the kitchen printer, so that it only prints to the kitchen.
Good customer service I have had a good business run with epos now and hopefully it remains same with good customer service which is very important for me. PROS Quick support over the chat and agents are available any time you need help. CONS Not enough access for agents specially with Held payments.
