"Good product" Pros: Tills are easy to use & were available at an excellent price - the back office reporting tools are good. Cons: Though the initial training was good, some of the back up training has been a little slow. Also some of the reporting tools are not that easy to navigate. Some training on this would have been good. Overall: A positive experience overall, as mentioned the software and tills are good, as was the initial training.

"Well done guys" Pros: Problem understood and solved very quickly, agents very knowledgeable on the platform and how to resolve our issue Cons: No negatives really..the only problem we had was the transaction rate and changed to a cheaper service. Overall: We like the service, it suits us very well..the till package is easy to use, very quick and reliable.

"Makes our job so much for easier" Pros: Its so easy to use and it makes our job so much easy to do. Keeping score on how each shift makes in terms of money Cons: When it comes to spilting bills if it didnt print out so many receipts, having ten receipts split at sale makes it anoying Overall: Makes our job easier when it comes to looking up recent sales and past sales. Also allows us to check on the final tally of each shift

"Highly Recommend this product/company. " Pros: The way the product is presented, looks great, and is easy to use. The bar at Fields End Water Limited has been very successful and the till has been a great addition to the smooth running of the bar. Cons: Nothing, I haven't used other products so nothing to judge against, but overal very pleased. Can't think of anything negative. Overall: Since the product arrived, I have used the trainning service and some support and they have always been very helpful and professional.

"Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance - positive experience" Pros: Very easy system to use, an extremely user-friendly system and a great customer service team. Great communication from set-up and training and nothing was an issue. Cons: Nothing really, however, if I need to state something, then the card reader broke after a short time of having it, but this was resolved with a replacement one within 24 hours. "Great service" Pros: Great back up if things go wrong or you are unsure about. Phone back up service is great to understand. Cons: WiFi system can be slow at times. The constant updating of stock can take time and it is slow to load sometimes Overall: A great product to use and great instructions from e pos. Easy to use till and integrated scales. Good product
