Product and customer service good! Very good and helpful to this point in time! PROS The till is easy to use and we were guided through the initial set up by a patient and helpful person. Any minor issues have been dealt with via a phone call. We have had this payment system in now for 18 months and our sales have increased. CONS The fact you don’t have a choice on supplying a receipt from the card machine. With our last card machine we had a receipt printed then gave the customer the option of having a receipt or not. Excellent Epos Now Products and even better Operational support Excellent. I've always been happy with the product and how easy it is to set up and bring into operational use. But the best thing is the support team who are very able and efficient in fixing those little issues the team come across regardless of whether its a till issue or external factor. NEED A NEW NAME "EPOS FOREVER" Just a very happy customer, who knows there is always someone on the other end of the phone to help when needed. PROS Rapid response, minimising down time of system, clear instructions on training, but most of all, the team show patience and understanding when we call them. CONS There has been no negative issues at all with Eposnow REASON FOR CHOOSING EPOS NOW It was a great price package, no pressure from sales team to purchase, just such a smooth process from start to finish.
