Good system Good system, quite reliable. Looks nice and professional. PROS The look of the terminal, general reliabilty and on time payments CONS System sometimes freezes so have to reset by rebooting. The log out button near the search button on screen.
Good value for money, and good support. Eposnow have always been quick to respond to support requests, which for me is the most essential element of our relationship. PROS Responsive support team when needed, and good value for money for the system in general. CONS Whilst the basic system works well out of the box, it's a little lacking in some areas without paid upgrades.
Thank you. Very good so far. Every time I have called I have been well looked after. PROS They customer service is excellent. The tills work really well. CONS The fact we can no longer cancel a transaction without it becoming a void.
Great Customer Service PROS Customer support is excellent. There is a helpful AI bot which can answer a lot of questions but the human response team is brilliant. CONS It misses some simple functions that other products offer. For example, you can't set it up to make a product unavailable when its stock drops to 0. You also cannot take card payments when the internet is down. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO EPOS NOW Square wasn't as good and didn't have the integration options we wanted.
Epos Now Review We are really happy with our Epos Now Terminal. PROS Epos Now stands out for its user-friendly interface, robust inventory management, and seamless integrations. Its cloud-based design ensures flexibility, while excellent customer support makes it a reliable choice for my business CONS Unable to take card payments vis telephone. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO EPOS NOW We switched as the Card machine was no longer compatible with the Epos Now System.
EPOS now reccomended. Excellent service always provided with EPOS now. PROS We love the connection between shops and our head office function. CONS More charitable features for our Charity Shop. All in All a good service pretty good, not experienced other systems but don't feel the need to move on. Pleased with EPOS Now We were concerned about introducing an EPOS system as we thought it would be daunting for a number of our older volunteers. However, it has been pretty straightforward and all our volunteers are competently using EPOS Now. PROS We like the reporting function within Back Office. Having ready access to sales information is great. Also having next day settlement is helpful.
