Excellent Help Desk Experience Excellent. We recently changed from another provider. Epos Now are not perfect but after some early problems our experience with them has been excellent and PROS I am reviewing a help desk contact. The call we made was answered promptly and the advice given was clear and worked effectively. CONS We would like to see the card terminals offer a Customer Not Present function. Using Pay By Link is very clumsy and relies on Customers to use their mobile 'phones or email correctly, which many do not.
