"Good customer service " Pros: The till system is very easy to use and navigate , we were able to add our own products and set up till exactly how we wanted it to look Cons: It does drop offline a little more than we expected but not a major issue. You can still use the main function of the till without WiFi Overall: From the first call to installation the process was smooth, customer care answer quickly and are very helpful

"Review of Epos now" Pros: Easy to set up great support, always someone available at the end of a phone to support, and a quick response which is rare Cons: Card machine when you take a payment it does not make any noise, you can only use one card machine to take transactions from the pos system Overall: Brilliant very supportive, I've called several time and the service has always been exceptional and constant

"Epos is Great." Pros: Ease of use and support, we have had excellent service from the team and exceptional training. They are always there for us. Cons: You cant drag and drop buttons on till screen to put them in order so it is somewhat difficult to visually set up. Overall: Excellent overall experience as first time business owners. We would not be without Epos. You can quickly check what you have sold the previous week which makes re ordering so easy.

"A better World" Pros: Easy to use and for new staff to learn Programing is simple and intutitive Help system effetive and simple to use Payments arrive the next day in our account Cons: Nothing of note comes to mind, but perhaps the lack of being able to remotely view the till format when programming Overall: A world better than our old system. As we sre staffed by volunteers the easy of use is of the oytmost importance. It's given staff much more confidence

"Reliable system" Pros: Very quick payments and relatively easy system set up. The entire system was delivered for a one off cost and is customisable for the different types of sales we do - both retail and hospitality. Cons: some reports are trickier to access than expected and amount of time learning the system is more than expected but online tutorials are available Overall: Have been using the system for 3 years and it is a reliable service, easy to train new staff in the daily operation.

"The Sweet Box Gambia " Pros: It was user friendly, I was easily able to train my staff to use it. The monthly £20 payments made it extremely affordable regarding the quality of service I was getting. Sales were easy review on a Monthly basis because of the reports being generated. Cons: Customer support was slightly slower if you weren’t located in the Uk as most of the support was done virtually and the time difference hindered real time support needs. "Epos Now Review Pet Shop" Pros: I would definitely recommend Epos Now, the customer service is amazing (which is very rare to come across now a days). The service they provide suits our business perfectly! Cons: One thing i think that could be better is the card readers to have more accessible information on them, we did have to upgrade to a newer card reader and this is a lot better. "Good service " Pros: Its very secure. Easy to use. All the format is clear and precise. Payments are through quick and accurate. Cons: Sometimes it cant find the server and has to be linked to my phone network. Takes a few minutes on occasions to find the cardreader. Overall: Really happy with the service. Maybe rental is a bit steep. Always in contact to help if i hit a problem.

"Very satisfied" Pros: Reliable. Systems that talk to one another easily. Added features. Money in bank very promptly. Clocking in and out of staff Cons: Trying to understand all the features, sometimes not getting through to the right department. The refund or cancel feature is tricky Overall: Good. Since installing epos now i have been impressed with the reliability and the ease of use. I like that it has features such as staff hours etc
