I only ever contact support for something that is totally out of my control. I love the fact I can make any alterations to the 'Till' from my home computer. "A Solid System with Easy Setup and Reliable UK Support" Pros: The initial setup was quick and straightforward. The till’s user interface is very intuitive, making it easy for all staff to get up and running with minimal training. The integration with Xero also works seamlessly, which has been a great help for our accounting. "Highly recommend EPos Now for inexperienced sellers" Pros: I am a techno dunce, but Epos Now has walked me through every step of the way. I have called their support line multiple times and they always answer in a relatively quick manner and their support folks have always been ale to fix my issues. "We are so glad we chose Epos Now" Pros: The thing we like the most about Epos Now is that it is easy to use for the customers as well as the staff. Cons: The thing I like the least about Epos Now is that it is set up primarily for food service, so we can't change some of the places in the machine that say food/drink, etc. And also, we wish the time was able to be adjusted to 12 hour time instead of 24 hour. "Awesome system " Pros: So easy to use for everyone ! Updates are easy also! Adding products etc really easy and anyomne can do it Cons: Nothing, really simple system to use if youbkeep it updatedand close tbe til down every night ! Very simple Overall: Great ! Really reccomend intergrsted card nachibes are also very god and day tonueb fast oaymentsbakso !

"Great Product & Service!" Pros: Ease & reporting - Easy enough to upload and manage products on the back office as well as the front office for our reception team. Great reports too, very easy to dissect & export. Cons: Transaction and subscription costs can be quite costly on top of the payment card terminal. Add ons such as till and card reader prove to be fairly costly too. But good enough of a service to warrant. Overall: Very good product and usually very prompt with customer service. "Baileys On Ice & More LLC Review" Pros: The hand held all in one POS machine. It’s convenience of it, not being stationary in one area. Food Cons: The multiple training sessions I had to schedule. The way the tip is asked for before the total can be given Overall: It’s easy to get to the helpline. Customer service is knowledgeable of what particular problem I’m having at the time.
