"You need EPOS NOW! " Pros: EPOS is an exceptional product. It meets our store needs and exceeds expectations in areas of support and ease of use. Cons: Sometimes a little difficult to find information in the FAQ. They need ways to earn funds that doesn’t require referrals. Overall: I have been using EPOS NOW for 4 years now in our brick and mortar business. It is user friendly and is easy to teach others as well.

"Great Epos Now system" Pros: Excellent system that is easy to use. My team love it! Great frontline support. I am really impressed! Cons: Nothing! I have no complaints about the system. It works really well and is very well supported. No hidden problems at all! Overall: Epos Now rollout has been seem less. I thoroughly recommend this system! The support from the call centre is brilliant. I can actually talk to someone very easily. The online support is great too!
"Card Machine installation Cotton Planet" Pros: We already had a eposnow till, but we added a card machine through epos.This works seamlessly with the till, and we nearly halved our fees. Payments are also the very next day Cons: Nothing, the whole transfer was done smoothly.with online assistance.Any questions we had were answered there and then. Overall: Excellent, we were guided through the whole operation very smoothly and the agent gave us excellent advice.

"Very Happy " Pros: Easy to use and takes away the hard work in a world where there is a lot of complicated programs I have to use this is stand out simple and stress free Cons: I have nothing bad to say at all about this. Now the only thing that I could think of is that more shops should know about it Overall: Excellent, helpful every time. I first started using epos now about 15 years ago and it's been good. Consistent service the whole time.
"Epos now system in restaurant " Pros: Very easy to use with having the card and till system all linked and fast payouts from the card machine Cons: Haven’t found anything yet and been using the system for over a year now, pretty sure we would’ve found something by now so all good Overall: Easy to transfer from the old system and the help on the end of a phone is excellent, very good price too

"Epos rocks " Pros: the easy back office and beta version. the editing and time clock are the best Cons: some of the customer service when setting up my clients I recommended. would also be nice if they provided there hardware for free since we pay a monthly fee. Overall: most of the time it was wonderful to deal with they fixed everything I needed right away.

"Epos is great" Pros: Service is great and 24/7. I really like the product and being locked in at a rate. I recomend this product. Cons: Asking for bank statement. Had trouble getting bank statement into pdf. Held up the procese of getting started. Overall: Has gone well. Cant wait for thr epos training and to get started. Great product great customer service.
