Get directions"Brilliant EPOS System" Pros: Easy to use and finding your way around. The overall design is good, appealing and user friendly. Would recooment to anyone. Cons: Some of the new look could do with some tweeks. Overall we are pleased with the software and the EPOS units themselves. Overall: Been using it for 10 years, any issues have quickly dealt with. Phone help has improved absolutly ten fold.

"Good service " Pros: Genrally found Good Service. whenever we call recieve helps. Keep it up. Staff training is imoprtant so keep refresh training to provide good service thats the best way to maintain sevice and business. Cons: They are doing thier best so no complain so far. So communication is ket and always think for solution. Overall: Good - Continue and provide good service to all customers. Keep doing this and maintain your service and business thats will help to improve.

"The dogs Bollix!" Pros: sales and purchasing information is excellent on the back office and the ability to export reports and print is good. Cons: integrating card machines and adding them to different tills when required without undy delays, that maybe down to our bad internet reception. Overall: very good, easy to use the back office save for a very few functionalities but, I put that down to lack of use and the fact I only do this part time.

"Amazing service" Pros: Amazing service and tracking across stock. Fast payouts and never any issue recieving the money the next day. Would reccomend to anyone in the industry Cons: Nothing. The service is top quality. A little more on site training could be provided but the system is easy to work out. Overall: Amazing i wouldnt use any other company now. The systems are quick and dont ever have any issues at all

"Perfect set up with great support team" Pros: It’s easy to use, customer support are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. No question is ever too much trouble. Being able to colour code categories etc is good for the eyes. Cons: Connectivity to card machine dips in an out sometimes doesn’t connect to the till. This could be an internet issue as it flashes on the screen ‘internet connection lost’ momentarily before being ok. "EPOS #1 fangirl" Pros: The customer services is top notch including regular contact with my account rep [sensitive content hidden] who is very personable and responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. "Reliable - never lose a sale" Pros: Great back office. Flexible layout. We tried 3 other POS systems before changing to Epos Now. This is the best. We do lots of markets and festival. Other stall holders often lose internet reception. We never lose internet. As the system is not connected to our phones we do not have to leave our phones in the stall.
