Good experience with support I am very happy with epos now. I’m not very techy but the software is very comprehensive and I’m able to do the things I need to. I’m also very happy to have my till and card processing together with one company and the customer service has been top notch. PROS I had an issue with my back office and the tech who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my problem. Good till system and easy accesible till system to use Overall,i'm satisfied with Epos Now till system and would recommend it to anyone looking for easy access till system and customer support also good PROS I have started using Epos Now a month ago . I have not came across single issue. it is easy to access. CONS adding all barcodes a bit lengthy procces can resolve it to add all of them very quickly
Great Product, Poor Aftersales and Support They have a great product and interface for ease of use but terrible aftersales and customer support. PROS Ok in the beginning you are assigned with a representative from Epos Now and helps you through the set up on a one to one basis.
