Good till system and easy accesible till system to use Overall,i'm satisfied with Epos Now till system and would recommend it to anyone looking for easy access till system and customer support also good PROS I have started using Epos Now a month ago . I have not came across single issue. it is easy to access. CONS adding all barcodes a bit lengthy procces can resolve it to add all of them very quickly
Great Customer service very impressive, appreciate the help she wasn't unsure if she could help and still managed to help me out. PROS [sensitive content hidden], was incredible amazing helping with what i needed, getting sorted it in no time. CONS nothing really, the phone call was helpful great time.
Great product and software. Excellent! We use the eposnow till, kitchen printer and card reader. We also registered a further licence for the software to be installed on an iPad, this works seamlessly with the ordering system, kitchen printer and the Till. Excellent product. I’m hoping that they can unite with Tableo to add a booking system too. PROS From the initial call to the setting up and launch of the POS system and integration. Epos agent sorted problem remotely and fast over all experience is good and I would definitely recommend Epos PROS Very much like having a person to speak to when there is an issue. Always fast to respond CONS Epos only allow one representative from the company so codes have to be given in order for other managers to sort problems
owner/GM and supervisor customer service is good..so far good experience with EPOS. easy to programme product. also they need better connectivity with their 4G or 5G they offer for c.c processing. hand held device need some improvement. PROS works great and easy to use ..easy to programmed and put the staff member time clock also. CONS only thing they need to improve is if handheld credit card device donot work or communicate with pos we should able to enter manually credit card to process. rather than that is works fine

Great epos now They are great they put me at ease. I was a bit frightend of this technology. I was set up in an hour unbelievable PROS I am 64 years old and could not beleave how great this system is for my fish and chip shop. CONS I can at a glance see what is the best seller and can see how much money I have made.
Great Till Software PROS It's super easy software to use and it's cheap compared to other ones out there. Till system is great and you rarely have any problems and when you do customer support its amazing. It has changed over the years (been using it since 2017) and they just keep getting better without any additional charge. It connects to shopify and keeps your inventory in sync, which is awesome.
