Excellent Epos Now Products and even better Operational support Excellent. I've always been happy with the product and how easy it is to set up and bring into operational use. But the best thing is the support team who are very able and efficient in fixing those little issues the team come across regardless of whether its a till issue or external factor. Pleased with EPOS Now We were concerned about introducing an EPOS system as we thought it would be daunting for a number of our older volunteers. However, it has been pretty straightforward and all our volunteers are competently using EPOS Now. PROS We like the reporting function within Back Office. Having ready access to sales information is great. Also having next day settlement is helpful. CONS The time to set up the system was the biggest bugbear but this was to be expected when details of circa 1,500 items had to be upl... read more

Happy Epos All been good so far, a few issues through out the years, but the ticket system works really well. PROS Easy to use. Till software and card machine in one. CONS Sometimes updates create problems and i have to reset the machines which takes time. Great service Excellent, they are very professional and work fast. PROS Najiya Was extremely prompt, supportive and helpful. CONS N/A There are no cons, every issue I’ve had has been rectified. REASON FOR CHOOSING EPOS NOW They were prompt and efficient with a good deal on. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO EPOS NOW More comprehensive system. We needed more options.

Good efficient service We have 3 till systems with them and once we got them set up correctly, they wall work really well. Great backend for inforn=ming our accounts and reporting. Allgood.
