"Good one to get" Pros: Great pos easy to update and operate.Great reporting! Easy to train and make menu changes and updates Cons: Getting someone on phone can be challenging at times. But very nice once you get a tech. The survey takes too. Many charactors Overall: Very good. Would highly recommend for new startvup or expanding the sury makes you write too much. Try less

"Excellent customer service" Pros: I like how quick you respond to issuescand can resolve them quickly never a problem getting through. Cons: Costly.monthly fee is to much. For a small business. But feel it is a safe secure product to use. Wishnit was less for small business. Overall: Never an issue. Can get through to customer service quickly and understand the person who picks up the phone

"Trewan Hall - Excellent onboarding" Pros: We are just going through the set-up phase at the moment and it has all been very well supported and easy to learn. Cons: the scanner on the handset till/pdq could be more functional, not able to scan products to add them to our inventory as a new product. Overall: Very well supported and the system is simple to use
