Great system Great experience overall, I would highly recommend it to other companies out there who require an EPOS System. PROS Support are very responsive and the system works exactly as it should. Good efficient service We have 3 till systems with them and once we got them set up correctly, they wall work really well. Great backend for inforn=ming our accounts and reporting. Allgood. my review on epos now very good i cannot fault epos now overall they are very professional with me over the phone PROS the team who deal with any issues or problems i get CONS i dont have any issues with epos now they have always resolved any problem i have had REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO EPOS NOW more advanced system for me my other supplies could not match what i wanted
Great Product, Poor Aftersales and Support They have a great product and interface for ease of use but terrible aftersales and customer support. PROS Ok in the beginning you are assigned with a representative from Epos Now and helps you through the set up on a one to one basis.
