Get directions"For Ease Of Use For Bowls Clubs" Pros: The absolute ease of setting up and using. It has great support in setting up and the support continues with usage. Cons: Would like a built-in training module within the system. Would also like to be able to correct a purchase if I make a mistake. Overall: First time user of POS and most happy with all aspects generally. The main issue if any is that it doesn't have a delete past transaction ability or I can't find one.

"Epos Now - gamechanger" Pros: Being able to upload all the products that we were selling, being able to add in different/multiple suppliers, quick and easy to grasp and use the system. Cons: Not being able to keep the CSV stock sheet when not in use. As we only use it annually. Would like to have more training on the use of the system its not easy to access the Epos personnel. "Excellent!" Pros: Very reliable and dependable. Great customer care. I am a first time user of a point of sale business. Cons: None. I have not found any issues with this system. They update constantly to keep it fresh. No negatives here. Overall: Excellent! I am not computer savy. They walked me thru everything and were very patient with me. Anytime I have a question, they have a answer.

"Up and coming great system for small businesses" Pros: Being able to get help right away and able to understand the customer services people. The tech dept able to help quickly so we do not lose sales. Cons: Need emails to inform when new items are done to your account. "Great system" Pros: Decent upfront cost and monthly cost. System easy to use. Great support and backup from friendly helpful staff. Cons: System sometimes logs its self out several times a day and annoying when you have a shop full of customers. Overall: Excellent. Whenever we have had an issue or we where struggling with a process. Help desk easy to get hold of.

"Would recommend for cheaper and easy hardware" Pros: Easy to use system, and tech support when needed. They are also very affordable for hardware compared to others in the same market. Cons: Per transaction prices is on the higher side compared to others in the same market. Along with monthly fees for services not used Overall: I over all would recommend based on hardware savings cost alone. They offer cheaper hardware. Would love to upgrade but newer models are a bit high for a small business.
