Great Product, Poor Aftersales and Support They have a great product and interface for ease of use but terrible aftersales and customer support. PROS Ok in the beginning you are assigned with a representative from Epos Now and helps you through the set up on a one to one basis. This person will be based in the UK and will be very familiar with any issues you may jave or question and will resolve them quickly. I found myself thinking wow a great company....... Great customer service Good. Sometimes entering stock is a bit of a faf. But apart from that good. PROS Customer service. Good experience with support I am very happy with epos now. I’m not very techy but the software is very comprehensive and I’m able to do the things I need to. I’m also very happy to have my till and card processing together with one company and the customer service has been top notch. PROS I had an issue with my back office and the tech who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my problem.
