Great Till Software PROS It's super easy software to use and it's cheap compared to other ones out there. Till system is great and you rarely have any problems and when you do customer support its amazing. It has changed over the years (been using it since 2017) and they just keep getting better without any additional charge. It connects to shopify and keeps your inventory in sync, which is awesome. Simply brilliant system From the very beginning it was a great asset to our business. PROS Its easy to use and learn. It does all the hard work for you. Takes the stress out of admin and cash control. CONS Nothing, we love it and have done since the beginning.
Great first impressions Great communication from day one, we were kept up to date every step of the way. Hardware and initial setup was a breeze with the help of our intergation manager. We particularly like the way that eposnow integrates with Shopify. Eposnow getting better As mentioned in the pros section, Eposnow have become a lot better over time with better call answering times. I must say, if there is a genuine problem, they do seem to listen and act on your concerns. PROS Eposnow have got a lot better over time.
