My roof got replaced for $30,000,Now I have hail damage...they r putting the exact same roof back on and it's only costing $10,000 ... So what costed me the other $20,000? So I will b looking into that with The ******
I had 2 gentleman come to my house to give me an estimate for basement waterproofing. The waterproofing system looked ideal. I only wanted to do the older part of my basement they insisted it all needed none. This appointment lasted 3 hrs due to the salesman refusing to take no for an answer, highest pressure sales I have ever seen. I had no other estimates to compare their pricing. Liars ...don't do anything unless in writing..ask for your signed contract with everything spelled out...leave no stone unturned....thieves!
I had to leave one star because it would not allow me to leave 0. Erie installed a roof and didn't install the roof as promised. They failed to address a major visual issue. They failed to communicate during the process. They damaged property ie: gutters handrails and siding. We were promised that we would have an opportunity to sign off on the completion. The crew came on time and was done in a few hours. They only spoke Spanish so communication was limited. They cleaned up the majority of the debris but left the small bag dumpster on my property for over 2 weeks. It took several messages to **** for it to be removed.

The work was good. I would have been much happier if the items you moved were returned to the places that you found them. Shutting the gates before you left would have kept me from driving the neighborhood to find our dogs.
Not truthful, say one thing, do another.Stated price $27,000 from $36,000 after *********************** After job finished, **** was for $36,000. This after I had said for $36,000 I'd look elsewhere.
Mold and rusts there never removed from crawl space walls, gravel bed never leveled and liner looks bumpy. A lot of holes and cuts on the liner. **** were nice and polite, but this team can do better job. Sent pictures to the office via email and never had a response. Made a call and after that admin assistant told me this is acceptable.
