They are not a truthful business. The product we were shown and told we were getting we didnt get. They used the excuse that they went with a different company for the underlayment. They also are trying to sell a superior roof product and its just something you can get at your local box store. It was supposed to be a thick roof shingle treated with a ceramic coat to repel **** and algae. It isnt. The salesman sold me an 80 year warranty roof and they installed a 30 year warranty roof. The office administrator and installation manager are standing behind the salesman because I signed the paperwork at the end of the installation. I didn't read through the paperwork because it was very late when they finished and I didn't have time to go through it. I paid for a 80 year roof and got a 30 year roof.
Roof is great and was completed efficiently as promised. Two areas of the home have no been completed and Ive been told that they will be in touch. Then they start pestering me for a reviewhere is your review. Come fix the two areas are promised. Thanks!
Cost 37k for a fiberglass class 3 roof with two added vents. Much more expensive than local competitors. Warranty was not as inclusive as stated during the sales pitch, but the actual warranty paperwork was provided after the job was already completed read with a lot of ambiguity that could cause warranty issues in the future. Warranty was the main sell for me to spend the extra money, considering you can get a similar roof in area for around 18-22k range. I had a scheduled appointment with conformation and no one showed up or called to cancel or reschedule I'm very disappointed and will never recommend this company
The roof looks good, but havent had a chance to check it out in the rain yet. I am not pleased with the way the financing went. I had the money to pay for the roof and was told I could pay for it when the job was done. Wasnt given a chance to ********* a notification that the entire job had been financed. I paid it off but was charged an additional $40+ for the honor of financing.
TL;DR - I purchased the roofing service for far too much. Ask your local contractors. All I can contribute is our own experience.Our installation in ******. Our expected installation period expired without contact. I reached out. The "installation manager" I'd never met, contacted me when I did ask that they contact my wife, each day, if I was not available... I was not available. The sales men are great at their job. Really got us excited about fixing our moldy seeping basement. The first appointment went smooth. They installed a air purifier. The second appointment was a no call no show. So i called to complain and they sent them out two days later to prep the site. The prep group was two men and i was absolutely happy with what they did. We had two salesmans come to our home February 10th. We applied for a loan and signed a contract. This was a Saturday. By Sunday we just did not feel hood about our discussion and decided to send the cancelation notice. It had to be delivered no later than midnight February 14th. On Monday we went to the local post office and paid for the cancelation notice to be overnighted to headqueaters as the cancelation notice stated.
