We've had several issues with Eerie that we've attempted to resolve through them. The most recent problem being their outright refusal to provide us with an itemized receipt for our roof. They're scammers! Choose literally anyone else.

This company gets no stars from us! The salesman lied about every single aspect of this roof! He stated **** manufactures all their own shingles; he syated **** only uses roofers directly employed by them; he stated we would be getting a certain roof type. They do not manufacture their own shingles; they sent 14 people here all working steafily with little to no supervision; shingles on roof can be purchased anywhere. Contract with **** says I was verbally informed about right to cancel, however, I was not informed of that right and now it is too late. Salesman had a tiny iPad for signatures and I was not given the option of actually reading anything in the contract; just "this says...", which skipped over all the details. ******** also told me that the finance part was a five year contract, when in fact it is fifteen years! I received an initial quote from **** Roofing for a new shingle roof on a ***** square house, in *******. The opening estimate was for a shocking, $56,000. Their final bid was for around $43,000. I bid two additional local companies and was quoted $22,000 and $17,500. I went with the $17,500 bid and was completely satisfied. **** clearly demonstrated a desire to "rob" me. Their business actions were disgusting, if not criminal. Buyer beware!!

I received a flyer in the mail from Erie Home ***OLD ROOFS NEEDED***I filled out the online form for a quote for a new roof. On 01/30/23 I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate. My appointment was set for 02/01/24 at 1 p.m. At 1:50 p.m. no one had showed up, called or texted so I called ****.. ****** was the one I spoke with. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS ONE:About a month or so ago, we had two of their representatives (********, main mouth piece and ****, trainee) come out to give us a quote for the metal roof. Initially I thought the presentation was good (a bit long but good). So after all of the tactics, present us with a quote, get on the phone and talk to the boss and see if they could get it lower, present us with another somewhat lower quote (I know this game all too well)... I have issues with the greed, integrity and ethics of this company. I did not have major issues with workmanship or quality of materials, however their pricing is far above local contractor rates and their poor handling of problem described below. In retrospect I should have gotten more bids.They punctured AC coolant line with nails on roof replacement Friday 8/11/23.
