The team of Erie home presents the puts professionalism and client relations on the map. Friendly and personable sales professional, Brian did a stellar inspection from my attic to aerial drone photography, showing me exactly where the damage is happening and why. These people from Erie are very polite and get the job done. This is the 3rd thing that they have done for us. We have had windows and also a sun room added to our house with these people. Have had great work on all. You couldn't ask for better. ****** ******

The Erie Crew was fast and efficient! At about 7:30AM the crew showed up. Outside temp was 9 degrees. Snow was still on the roof! In 9 hours it was completed! What a hard working and appreciative group! We gave them Coffee and Hot Chocolate and even a few donuts and cookies. A few nails were left but that is due to the snow on the ground. I was concerned about the low temperature. It all came together perfectly. Thank You Erie roofing!

They did a great job. They completed the roof in one day. Brian made sure I was well informed while they were putting on the roof and what the next steps would be. They really make you feel important and that they care. They stayed an extra 2 hours in the dark just to make sure that they cleaned up the entire yard. A big fear of mine was that our dog or one of us would step on a nail afterwards but after the intense clean up, I don’t think that will be a problem.

Sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. The clean up was satisfactory considering all the snow we had on the ground. The workers worked in extreme cold weather but managed to get the whole roof done in one day. No standing around.

An overall great experience! From the sales reps to the crew. I have a huge sense of relief knowing I won't have to worry about my roof anymore. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly and the cleanup was fast and thorough. Will definitely recommend.

Erie was very professional. They contacted me immediately after my initial request. No weeks later or even days later but rather minutes. Very impressive from the first contact. Customer Service #1 I would never expect roofers to work in the dead of winter but these guys did. A job well done & professional. Thanks Erie for my new roof.
