All the negative reviews couldnt be more spot on. Before they receive your money they are playing the game that you and your roof are important. Once they receive your check, good luck ever hearing from them again when you have any issues. I have a warranty issue, and have been calling every week since June. It is now Halloween. I researched Erie Roofing & was very impressed with the reviews. Was excited & looking forward to a new roof.Informed job would take 2 days. Made arrangements to park my motorhome & a van elsewhere for 2 days/nights. Both the ******************** were delivered a day early. My driveway was not ready, *************** were still here. Crews were not on time or didnt show at all. Entire job took 7 days. Encountered extra costs for DISH TV dish to be reinstalled (fee of $148.00). Terrible. Was told I was fianced the roof they installed for 18 months same as cash. Been paying interest on every payment since the first one. Was also never given a date or any communication on when the first payment was due so I ended up being late for a payment I was never notified about. Tried calling customer service about this and was told youll have to call the bank even though they are the ones who messed up my payments. The material showed up without notice. Couldnt tell me when the roofers would show up. They called about an hour before they showed up to do *******. Luckily I wasnt working that day because they want you to be there. Then I called every week for over a month asking when they were coming back to do my gutters. Finally came back over a month later.

Great company to work with! The sales person described the product and process in detail and the roofing team completed the loop by fulfilling all that was promised. They are not the cheapest roofing company around, but I didnt want a cheap roof that would fail quickly. I got a quality, professional team that stands behind their product and work for years to come.

Salesperson ********************* sold me the waterproofing job and after his inspection he assured me that Erie Home could fix the basement issues. my wife and I signed the contract nearly $25,000. when the crew showed up, there were four (4) guys who didn't have a years experience between all of them. they immediately said that because of the configuration of my basement that there were certain things that were contracted that they wouldn't be able to do. on the second day the leader of the crew Kolby showed me a wall that... read more

Friendly salespersons but a lot of pressure to buy their products and service. Work was completed and looks nice. Very high priced! Would recommend only with caution and to get other estimates before getting theirs.

My daughter just got a quote for shingles ******** Sq. 35,000!!!!If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have!! BEWARE!!!
