We were originally excited to have **** put on a new roof for **. In the end we had to ask for things like flashing to be replaced that was clearly stated in our contract and they ended up doing some minor damage to our siding. The job was done according to our contract but only after we pointed it out. You also want to read the fine print on the warranty. Horrific experience. Despite website stating "expert installation" they sent a crew who damaged our roof decking, siding, shattered a window, left sticky tape on every shingle that is just flying in the wind, looks like a kindergartener cut the shingle edging as it is all uneven and wavy. I've already opened a complaint and have refused to sign off on completion until we can get a roof that was actually promised and all of the damage done to our house in complete. No response yet from their customer care open case.

**** did work for my mother-in-law on 1211 of 2023 and 1212 2023. They ordered more material that was needed for the House will not give it of my billing as to what was all used being a previous shingles delivery guy. I requested that all extra material he left at the house And they did not a ********************************************************************************************** because there are other issues on the house where material was not used for the reason they ordered

I thought the workers that put on the roof very good and professional. However the person who sold ** the roof was very unprofessional after the sale he would not return calls. When he was available he promised things and never followed through.

Nice folks, did a good job, but I think they are way overpriced. ****** waiting on a follow up about an issue I called about, no response yet.

Deceptive business practices. **** calling me leaving messages confirming an appointment. Have never talked to anyone at the company. Finally called back and told them Im working out of state and not sure why Im being called but asked for the calls to stop. They said well we can just show up. Told them not to show up but its up to them because Im out of state and if they want to waste their time its their business. Since then I have received multiple calls trying to schedule an appointment.

They inspected the roof, it was fine. Supposedly had mold in attic. We were too old to check so we were pressured into having heat shield installed. No chance to think it over, had to decide right then. Didn't even get a chance to get own financing Salesman went to car and got it without us knowing.in his name supposedly. My husband had cancer. That was 3 years ago.and the job still isn't finished. A friend who is a roofer said we got ripped off. All the material isn't even there. AND we are still stuck paying on this ;loan ... read more

They were very unprofessional couldnt get in touch with the original contract signers I got leftover material I got nails still in my driveway and I didnt do the roof right

The only reason they are getting one star is because the installation crew was fantastic. They were very efficient and cleaned everything up after. The company itself is very quick to get back to you when they are trying to get to to sign the contract but as soon as the work is finished and you need additional information from them for your insurance company you will get no response or if you do get a response you get the run around. We still have to get our garage roof replaced in the spring and I will be going with another... read more
