The roof looks great but was way too expensive. The salesman kind of pushed you in signing up. They did excellent job in cleaning up.
They are scammers who take advantage of financially irresponsible people with marketing and sales tactics. Quite sad.
Terrible experience, contractor left the trash. Was promised an attic fan installed and hasnt. And for the inconvenience was also promised a dinner gift card. Have not received neither of the two!
***** **** Roofing took advantage of us, they falsified financing information, and used hard-sale aggressive behaviors to sell their roof product. The aggressive tactics used to push the sale should have set off alarm bells. The representatives were stated 'certified roof inspectors' and proceeded to bring back photographic evidence of how bad our roof was. Work was good but the cleanup was not as good. I'm tired of all the flat tires from the roofer's nails.
I think that your company is not has honest as it says it is. I been trying to get my down payment for the last 16 days. The notice of cancellation said cancel in three days. I cancel in one day. They came out to my home November 7th to give me a estimate high pressure sales,plus lied to me about the condition of my roof. I'm a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. I complained to their sales manager who blew me off.
****'s salesman came door to door. He talked my 93 year old dad into setting up an appointment to discuss buying a new roof. My dad asked me to be at this meeting, but I have never owned a home and know nothing about the cost of a new roof. We ended up signing up for the new roof, and were "showered" with all sorts of "discounts", which led us to believe we were getting a good price.
