Scam at its finest, how is it legal for this company to operate like they do. Their letters are like and ultimatum with menacing words. Companys name its pretty much hidden at the very end of the letter thats your biggest warning. Called to get unlisted from their mailing list and express to the representative my concerns and outrage at their aggressive and deceiving letters and in a very sarcastic tone his answer was Why do you call us then and Do you know how many times a day I hear that? Ive been getting these scammy letters for three or four years now. Unable to get them to stop the mailings. If youre contacted by Evercare, run for the hills and certainly dont give any credence to their responses to the complaints listed here.

I am extremely frustrated with Evercare Direct. Despite never signing up for anything, I keep receiving unsolicited mail from your company. I have no interest in your products or services, and I find this constant barrage of junk mail incredibly annoying and intrusive. I have been consistently calling them to remove me from their mailing list. This has to be considered harassment at this point. Every time I call and ask to be removed or to speak with a manager they do not respect me and continue to harass me via mail. I keep receiving letters saying I have a 2023 ***** Colorado which I in fact do not. It even has a partial VIN number. Either someone used my info to buy a truck or they got wrong information somehow. Im tired of the wasted paper and time I spend on it. I wish there was a way to unsubscribe. ???????

SCAM LETTER IN THE MAIL.... They don't even have the correct information so i knew something was fishy.
They sent me a letter implying official status on the warranty of my car. I had to read all the fine print to even find out which company sent it.
This company sends very misleading and predatory lettes. Evercare is a pure scam & absolutely fraud. Information provided by Rep was wrong, fake & tactics used by Reps was nothing but cheating practices. Please stay clear of this scammer.I have to choose 1 star because didn't have an option for giving it negative stars.

If there were 0 stars for this review that what I will rate it. Horrible phone customer service when you call to inquire about the offer coverage letter received. 2 different calls with 2 different outcomes in cost. Phone person ********* just pushes you to get the $395 in order to send you a hard copy information on the coverage there is no website to review it.
