These people sent me a letter under false pretense of the ********* dealership I patronize Responce to this notice requested about my vehicle service contract. I never have or never would contact them for any reason whatsoever. And they need to stop sending out their junk mail to people who are not interested in them or their products pretending to be authentic.
Scamming mail to my home address. Claiming that I am liable for repair. Requested personal information under the false pretense of liability. Disreputable company. Laughable practice .
Scam at its finest, how is it legal for this company to operate like they do. Their letters are like and ultimatum with menacing words. Companys name its pretty much hidden at the very end of the letter thats your biggest warning. Ive been getting these scammy letters for three or four years now. Unable to get them to stop the mailings. If youre contacted by Evercare, run for the hills and certainly dont give any credence to their responses to the complaints listed here.

I am extremely frustrated with Evercare Direct. Despite never signing up for anything, I keep receiving unsolicited mail from your company. I have no interest in your products or services, and I find this constant barrage of junk mail incredibly annoying and intrusive. I have been consistently calling them to remove me from their mailing list. This has to be considered harassment at this point. Every time I call and ask to be removed or to speak with a manager they do not respect me and continue to harass me via mail. I keep receiving letters saying I have a 2023 ***** Colorado which I in fact do not. It even has a partial VIN number. Either someone used my info to buy a truck or they got wrong information somehow. Im tired of the wasted paper and time I spend on it. I wish there was a way to unsubscribe. ???????

SCAM LETTER IN THE MAIL.... They don't even have the correct information so i knew something was fishy.
They sent me a letter implying official status on the warranty of my car. I had to read all the fine print to even find out which company sent it.
