I receive a "Time sensitive" letter from them at least monthly.They have the wrong name on the letter. Whe I call in to get taken off the mailing list they say they made the correction and will remove my name form the list. NEVER happens.There is noi such program coordinator named ******* *****.2nd biggest scam around.*****

I received a letter from Evercare Direct in the mail and it was their 3rd attempt to contact me. I called and asked to be taken off their mailing list. After some reluctance to give the *** my VIN, he told me I would be removed from the mailing list. The letter that Evercare sends is hyperbolic and a scare tactic to get the car owner to waste money on dubious coverage, at best. Beware, when you receive this letter and exercise caution. This company tries to scare naive people into overpaying for vehicle service plans that are unlikely to cover any repairs.Every time I buy a new or used car I get a series of official-looking scare letters from this company and a few others. Like so many others, I keep receiving menacing letters, to scare me into thinking I need some kind of an insurance for my car! Somehow they know which car I have and put a picture of it, making it all look as if the thing came from the car maker. I just had the worst experience with a customer support person named ****** . I called to cancel my membership so I was transferred to customer support (******) . He first got my information and I told him I was calling to cancel my membership, he asked why and I first told him I changed my mind, he went into why my decision to cancel would cost me, so he went on and on . Just today I received another letter worded in a way to attempt a false sense of urgency.
