Im quite content with what EverCare provides. I signed up over a year ago and have made use of it twice so far. In the past, they dealt with my issues fast and I didnt find any trouble receiving what I was promised. Also, you will find that the customer service is very good.
Received a mailer that appears to be a check made out to me, but it is in fact a sales scam.
Business response:
Dear *****,We apologize for any confusion caused by the mailer. The piece you received was a promotional advertisement for insurance coverage options and was not intended to mislead or represent an actual check or financial instrument. We appreciate the feedback and understand how the format may have been misunderstood. Your concerns have been noted and shared internally for review.
Is this company a phishing scam? I received a letter about my car warranty (for a car I NEVER owned) describing that it was about to expire. First, let me be clear, I have never done business with this company, so its no clerical error. As a prior victim of ID Theft, I initially freaked out! I thought someone stole my identity to buy a truck! Then I wondered, wow- where is this 2013 truck I apparently own, so I can go pick it up and drive it home? Finally, I arrived here to read about this company and NOT surprised to find o... read more

That is not our standard, and the matter will be reviewed internally to ensure proper communication standards are maintained. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate the feedback.
Received a US mail letter trying to trick me into an auto warranty, saying my factory warranty has expired. Which it is has not expired. Do not get tricked by their letter or their offerings. They buy ******** to target people who have bought new cars. **** and LIES. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Business response:

I cancelled my account and have not received my reimbursement yet. I have followed up several times, always "going to call back". I sent in my statement on 10/21/25, and I have received nothing. I have followed up twice, and no one has returned a call. When I first cancelled I asked if there was anything else for me to do, and they said no. I had to call back to ask what the steps were to receive the reimbursement for my policy. Again, no one has been getting back to me, and they are withholding my money.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern:Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our records show we have not received your written cancellation request, which we need to process any pro-rated refund. While your policy is cancelled, the refund cannot be completed without that document. Please reach us at ************ if you have further questions. Were committed to resolving this quickly.
Got fake letter in mail. They claim to not be scammers, but their own letters prove otherwise. "By neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk..." - absolutely not and a lie. Folks that obviously have warranties already, which looking up the number given shows THOUSANDS AND THOUSAND AND THOUSANDS of websites talking about this scam. ****, lookup this company name or phone number on *******, there are even videos about these scammers. Any response from the company here that it's not is outright BS. Person answeri... read more
