****! I received a notice from them stating that my factory warranty had expired. This is a 3 week old vehicle with 600 miles on it. They stated they were evercare and then after the phone operator hung up I called back and a new person answered as Solaris Automotive. They wanted $3000 to extend my active factory warranty.

They should be investigated and shut down. They said I owned a 2024 *********** already had the *** Number. I own an XC90 and they could not authenticate the *** number. They said the warranty would cover if I broke down, needed towing or any repairs on the major system, BUT this was my final notice they would see if they could push it through. I was playing them to see how far the lie would go. They came back to the phone saying that they got special permission to push me through. The insurance would only be 218 per month f... read more

This company repeatedly mails me with scare tactics letters saying I did not activate the warranty on my new car and I have no factory warranty anymore. They make their letters appear as if they are coming directly from the car manufacturer and there is purposely no address or website listed in the letter. Luckily, I am intelligent enough to know these letters are false and a fraudulent way to attempt to get people to buy additional warranties. I cant speak to making a claim or customer service, but the sales tactics and mailers are super slimy and shady. They make you think its something besides a warranty offer by putting penalties and time sensitive on the outside. They also sent the mailer to my parents instead of mine, so theyre mining data from shady sources. I wouldnt trust them given how they try to acquire customers.

I have received yet again another letter stating I have yet to contact them about the coverage of my vehicle running out. This is the 3rd letter I have received.. If they paid any attention to their own letters they send to me they would see that the very first thing they type in it is that my car is a 2025..its still 2024 so obviously my warranty hasn't run out or even close to it. Like others, I received a "time sensitive" letter about my new car. It came the same day as my bill and since it is made to look like it is from the manufacturer, I fell for it. I called and didn't realize what I had done until I already gave my credit card number. When I realized it and told the guy I wanted to immediately cancel, he kept trying to convince me to keep it. Disappointed with Hard Sell Tactics and Lack of Confirmation I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this used car warranty company. I have been receiving notifications from this company for several years and every time it is the same misinformation and false statements about a vehicle I do not own, never owned and will never own. I have called several times and requested to be removed from the mailings and also to have my information removed from their files.Based on previous similar requests I have little to no faith that this will happen. This is now bordering on harassment.

I am now wrapped up in a home warranty scam. Haven't used one bit of service and when i mentioned they are a scam their *** was extremely rude and unprofessional. Cutting me off, and telling me there could only be a partial refund for almost $600 I've paid in with nothing done. I just want out, to wipe my hands clean and get my FULL refund.
