With EverCare Direct, the procedure was made simple. I was told about the contract without any pressure to act quickly. Any time I needed repair work, everything was done easily. I suggest using it anytime your car leaves the warranty period.

Im quite content with what EverCare provides. I signed up over a year ago and have made use of it twice so far. In the past, they dealt with my issues fast and I didnt find any trouble receiving what I was promised. Also, you will find that the customer service is very good.

The business, Evercare Direct, mysteriously somehow obtained my personal information. After multiple requests, I asked them to remove me from their list many times . The car they have my personal information connected to. I do not own the said vehicle. I do not own a 2019 ****** **************** I literally bought an old school 1999 vehicle back in the beginning of this year and this company continues to send me mail of some expiration of warranty for a car I do not own. I just had the worst experience with a customer support person named ****** . I called to cancel my membership so I was transferred to customer support (******) . He first got my information and I told him I was calling to cancel my membership, he asked why and I first told him I changed my mind, he went into why my decision to cancel would cost me, so he went on and on . I received calls and marketing mail repeatedly and repeatedly requested to have my ************** information removed from this companys contact list to no avail. Just today I received another letter worded in a way to attempt a false sense of urgency. Wording such as time sensitive, in all caps and bolded THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU , our records indicate you HAVE NOT CONTACTED, and then bolded Financially ************* before [date]. I got a scary-looking letter in the mail from this company which did NOT identify itself but whose telephone number is listed here.This is a scam, pure and simple. I would never do business with this company. It should be shut down for fraud.

LITERALLY A SCAM. These a*holes are sending out pseudo garbage after what I'd say is ILLEGALLY accessing our private information in order to make you think that you need to pay them more money for a car warranty -- that they NEVER HAD ANY PART OF in the first place. These people need to not only be shut down, but FINED - HEAVILY.
