Evercare Direct assisted us to repair a huge electrical problem that would have cost us thousands of dollars. We were glad to discover it was included in our plan. Their electrician was good as well.

We live in a small town and it is not easy to get good service but they did manage to get a local contractor who responded within two days. Nothing impressed us more than that.

I do not leave reviews very often, but the staff was truly helpful and deserved to be mentioned. All were friendly, assistive, and responsive to follow up the repair. Did not feel as though we were shuffled to and fro in the departments.

We had a water heater break and we did not know whether it was covered or not. Well, it was and they had a contractor the following day. I have never been served better by a warranty company on services.

Actually shocked that the entire process was easy. Registered on line, filed a warranty a few weeks after with a faulty AC and within two days, a technician was at our door. That much better than we thought this would go.
