Usually, I dont leave reviews, but EverCare does. I only discovered just how much car repairs would cost after my warranty was over. Im thankful, because theyve saved me twice previously.

They dont stop communicating with you after youve bought coverage. Every time I reach out, EverCare has promptly and professionally helped me. Nowadays, its hard to find that kind of thing happening.

Im quite content with what EverCare provides. I signed up over a year ago and have made use of it twice so far. In the past, they dealt with my issues fast and I didnt find any trouble receiving what I was promised. Also, you will find that the customer service is very good.
I cancelled my account and have not received my reimbursement yet. I have followed up several times, always "going to call back". I sent in my statement on 10/21/25, and I have received nothing. I have followed up twice, and no one has returned a call. When I first cancelled I asked if there was anything else for me to do, and they said no. I had to call back to ask what the steps were to receive the reimbursement for my policy. Again, no one has been getting back to me, and they are withholding my money.

Got fake letter in mail. They claim to not be scammers, but their own letters prove otherwise. "By neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk..." - absolutely not and a lie. Folks that obviously have warranties already, which looking up the number given shows THOUSANDS AND THOUSAND AND THOUSANDS of websites talking about this scam. ****, lookup this company name or phone number on *******, there are even videos about these scammers. I called the phone number on the letter to ask them to remove me from the mailing list. The representative started talking crazy saying is my vehicle thats gonna be without protection started telling me in name calling me and saying all type of crazy stuff a call back to speak with a supervisor. I receive a "Time sensitive" letter from them at least monthly.They have the wrong name on the letter. Whe I call in to get taken off the mailing list they say they made the correction and will remove my name form the list. I received a letter from Evercare Direct in the mail and it was their 3rd attempt to contact me. I called and asked to be taken off their mailing list. After some reluctance to give the *** my VIN, he told me I would be removed from the mailing list. The letter that Evercare sends is hyperbolic and a scare tactic to get the car owner to waste money on dubious coverage, at best. Beware, when you receive this letter and exercise caution.
