We had a water heater break and we did not know whether it was covered or not. Well, it was and they had a contractor the following day. I have never been served better by a warranty company on services.

Actually shocked that the entire process was easy. Registered on line, filed a warranty a few weeks after with a faulty AC and within two days, a technician was at our door. That much better than we thought this would go.

Our refrigerator began to leak and I was in a panic since we had just replenished the fridge. I made a claim at night and the next day I already had an appointment.

I was not forced to wait in line as to when the technician would come. They sent me messages on what was happening and they also gave me notice 30 minutes before showing up. It was a positive customer experience.
