The room description was KING size bed and the bed was a full size. The room was dark, dingy and not clean. The towels were clean.

Worst hotel ever I had too Change rooms twice. The first time the sheets where re used from the previous people. It had food crumbs on it and dropping of food on the bed. the second time the toilet still had poop in it. After a hour of laying in the bed i got bit by a bed bug. It was a horrible stay. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I tried to get a refund and they said no refunds even after I got bit by a bed bug. The front desk guy joe was rude.

errible service We spent one night without heating We called the management, and they told us that in the morning We could talk to them, and they told us that because we used Expedia they couldn't refund us anything... that we should contract directly with them, That night the hotel was full and they couldn't move us to another room.

The place is very unkempt. Someone was smoking right outside the room with no smoking sign and when reported the desk officer said they find it difficult enforcing the non smoking policy. Everything in the room was not working well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The stove not working. The crockery supply laughable
