Drove 100 miles and they wouldn’t let us check in because of a computer system audit. 12:40am and still waiting.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and my family does a lot of traveling for sports tournaments. We checked in everything seemed fine until we got to the room and it was filthy.. trash was still in the cabinets from the last person I’m assuming bright red looked like fresh blood on top of the bed.. bathroom was dirty and floors not clean.. we called the front asking for a new room and they said there was nothing they could do! Be Aware! I would not recommend this stay! First of all, the first room had not been cleaned at all. The person at the front desk did not show any type of concern or empathy about it and was just given another room key, after struggling with it to work. Secondly, the next rooms bathroom looked like it was still under construction where the air vent was not covered up with the cover just on the floor, the rails in the showers had been broken off? I booked for a non smoking room the room smelled very bad like smoke the bathroom seating was loose the A/C unit would cool only for like 15 minutes
