Cheap price , very small beds , over a week and have not received my deposit

Room for Improvement Not my favorite stay for my first visit to Albuquerque. The visit was met with mediocre enthusiasm from the desk staff, the room was decent, but the bed looked laid in, and the security deposit charged to my card took a couple phones to determine when it would be removed a week after my check in.

The rooms were with smoking smell and the bed sheets were not even changed. We could see full dog hair on the bed and complined. They do not pick up phone and finally changed to another room which also had smoking smell. Rooms were unclean and poorly managed.

Very unprofessional and dirty. Room smelled nasty and the floor was super dirty. Some guys unsupervised pit bull ran up to me and my family and was about to bite at one of us. Staff was unhelpful when informed. Garbage was full everywhere. The dryer is broken so no clean blankets. And later after i checked out ,i called about getting my $200 deposit back for a $50 room. The guy hung up on me. It was a horrible experience and i definitely don't recommend.

The manager was nice but ran her mouth complaining about some other guests and how she had to do all the work at the place. Booked the room and paid in full through Expedia then showed up to check in and was told there was a $200 refundable charge because too many other guests had trashed the place. I did get the money refunded but that was pretty frustrating to have a surprise charge to check in that was more than twice what I already paid for the room. Not a terrible space but I would not book again.

Employees are disrespectful and they lie just to get you to pay more money. They have roaches and instead of getting maintenance to clean they gave me a spray to inhale the fumes and do it myself after being promised several times they would handle it . Took $400 deposit I’m hoping to get it back . I would never come back though worst experience ever .
