First they put us in a room that was never even cleaned the mess from the last people was there

Bare bones Bare bones room with no amenities. We won’t stay there again.

The window did not lock and is big enough for anyone to walk right in right next to the bed. I asked to switch rooms and they didn’t have any more so I was suppose to receive a refund and thought it was weird she couldn’t print it. They still try to charge me for the room.

Find when we got to run I noticed refrigerator had to leave a couple hours in a picture what isn't getting cold call down to the office told me I wasn't working they said it might be plugged I checked that it was a weird smile coming from there to try to spray like Lysol or something and I kept on doing all night try to call the office and then they said we do something about it but they never did but it's okay I do believe in Albuquerque just trying to get really having a hard time right now trying to get out of the house b... read more

Well to start it all off we couldn’t even get into our room because their systems crashed. So after not being able to get our room after traveling all day. I say don’t go to this place because it’s not worth it and the service all around wasn’t good at all or responsible enough to do their job. The rooms aren’t worth it and customer service was terrible. They even refused my refund after we waited for 3 hours!

I was overcharged They asked 200 hundred deposit in my card suppose to be refundable After check out automatically. Instead was fully charged total $263 per one night. I'm quite man did not damaged anything. That's an abuse
