Room: Arrived at property and the phone did not work all buttons pushed in could not even call to front office. 1 of the "Closet" space had a broken bracket. Property: was leaving property and right in front of office there is uneven pavement. Me and my sister were carrying our bags to the car she tripped on the uneven pavement fell down. We filed an incident report with manager on site. She was injured her entire left side of her body is bruised and swollen. Absolutely filthy!!!!
The locztion was fair, off the highway in the back. However, the staff here did a terrible job at house cleaning. There was moldy items left behind in the fridge, the towels were stained and a extremely long hair was tucked in one of the towels while the stove top had remaining food crumbs around the edges and no ice bucket. In addition, the blankets had a bad smell and the bed was hard as a rock. Overall, i wouldn't go here again.

Room has bugs and cocaroches in room this was brought up to front desk monday morning. They said they were gonna call back to see what they can do but never did . Had my guys go to the front desk after work to request a new room and told them the reason the front desk said there was nothing they could do for them. Will never stay here again. Terrible customer service

Crooked and about to cave in Dirty. The person checking us in was very rude. The floor to our room felt like it was about to cave in. Literally the room was askew from the floor. Definitely has some water damage in the bathroom, you bounced when you walked on the floor. This place should be condemned or at least our room. Everything was dusty and musty.

Bare minimum. We needed a place to stay since our loved one was terminally ill nearby. Hotel was "out of pots and pans and other amenities" however, they managed to give us a broken coffee maker (still grateful), 2 spoons, knives, and forks, 2 cups, bowls and plates.... unfortunately the refrigerator had defrosted and left a dirty water mark on the floor. No ice machine available and no ice trays... Staff was helpful and polite as they could be. Would not recommend unless you just need the bare minimum.

Room was alright, the fan in the bathroom made a lot of noise. The tv signal keep going out. And the 200 dollar deposits they said would be refunded at check out ( when I checked out ) now is going to take 2-3 Business days to get refunded, all in all i won’t be staying there again
