This hotels policy was not okay. I called before booking to verify I can get a late checkin was told it would be okay even put a note on file, apparently it wasn’t okay and there was no note and I was still charged. According to Orbitz this happens a lot . Couldn’t get a refund from anyone.

Didnt like tgat they put us right next to check in door, about 6 feet away from ours! People standing outside talking, smoking etc at 12:30 am and we are trying to sleep! Especially the human traffic going in and out of office and door opening and closing!

Needed to leave early to catch flight and no one at office. Needed receipt and confirm $200 deposit was refunded.

It looks very old and it feels like it was a little too expensive for what I got. I’d rather pay $200 a night in a super nice hotel than to stay here for free. The guy at the front desk wasn’t all very nice and they ask for a $200 deposit for what.. nothing is even expensive in the room I stayed at. The tv was the smallest size they could find. Not at all happy with my stay.

clean property, everything was so old in the room. There were no shelves to put anything, little soap, no dishes in the kitchenette, old stove, cigarette burns on the chairs and curtains, but no roaches which is a plus. The staff have no control over these things. This is something that the owners have to invest in. Where the hell is the lobby? It is so small, it said grab and go breakfast, no breakfast, no lobby, the pictures on the website looked amazing. This place was a dump.
